Breakfast was tasty (especially the omelettes). A greater selection of fresh fruit would have been nice. Staff were lovely, always greeted us with a warm smile & nothing was too much trouble.

Cutlery, dishwashing liquid & dishcloth would have been handy.

Staff are super friendly and willing to help with anything I needed. My room was very comfortable and the place itself is in a great location. Close enough to everything but out of the hustle and bustle.

The campus was rather run down, more of a hostel standard, inconsistent with the photographs, no glasses in the rooms, no cushions on the backs of the settees, few places to relax, the beach was further away than expected, no public sun loungers on the beach,

Amazing value for money. Setting is lovely. Offer all services you would need whilst travelling. Bikes for rent, laundry etc. Location is great. On a backstreet away from the noise of the main drag. Staff were friendly, informed and very helpful. Breakfast was a nice bonus. Would highly recommend.

The beds were pretty hard. However, small price to pay considering the quality of all other services and price!

Excellent garden bungalow in downtown Phu Quoc, 5/10 min walk from beach which itself is great, very clean and warm calm sea. Bungalow is down a side street with other bars and hotels and there is a sister site about 50m from Mai Binh where breakfast is served. The accommodation are bungalows set either side to a tropical internal garden large courtyard, with a small plunge pool. the setting of the garden area gives privacy and a chilled laid back feel. Bungalows are basic but with ac , decent shower, decent bed and WiFi what else do you need! Brekafast was plentiful with good mix of dishes for all tastes. Reception staff very helpful and you can rent scooters. we enjoyed our stay.

Friendly staff with some English. Lovely breakfast with variety of choices from fruit, Noodle soup, rice , salad and a toaster. The pool area was cool and the location was away from the bustle of the main street. A short walk to the beach. Fresh towels and water daily.

If you're in the main house the compound next door had chickens and dogs that were noisy early in the morning - 5am.

It was a perfect little spot. Close to the centre but felt quiet. The room was nice too. There was a great spread for breakfast too.

Kind of expensive for late leaving fee and they never warned us of it or gave us a reminder.

The staff were amazing. Super helpful and friendly, easy to communicate with and help us with any problems or discomforts. They were very accommodating. The actual place was stunning, lots of flowers, swings and a clean swimming pool. It's located very conveniently and in walking distance of supermarkets, the night market, popular restaurants, bars and the beach. Complimentary drinking water was provided on a daily basis and the buffet breakfast had a variety of Vietnamese and Western options. It is also very reasonably priced (that's possibly why we experienced some of the drawbacks).

The bungalow that we stayed in was part of a new section and it felt like an afterthought compared to the original bungalows. We were out exploring most days to complete work or have nice dining experiences so we used the bungalow just to get ready or to sleep. Here are our drawbacks: Our sofa had a broken leg and we couldn't sit on it in fear that it would break. The closet lacked a rail or hang space for clothing. There was a mystery substance in front of the refrigerator that remained there everyday even after house keeping visits. There were plenty of plug points but none in convenient areas. For example there were 6 above the bed where the pillows go, but no dresser to put a charging phone or laptop. It was clearly newly built because there was still dust from drilling holes in the walls and on the tiles. The bathroom was the biggest sore point for us (unfortunately I took a video of the bathroom instead of photos so it can't be uploaded) . It was newly built so tiles still had dust on them. There was no toilet roll holder or toilet paper when we first arrived. The shower was open planned (seemed unfinished) even though there was a step that we assume was there to hold the absent shower door. The absence of a door caused the whole bathroom to be wet. We had to ask for extra mats and a towel to keep the floor dry. The bathroom extractor fan stopped working on the second day and there was an awful drain smell in the bathroom so we kept the door closed. The bathroom also had no space to put toiletries and cosmetics as there were no shelves which was really inconvenient. The other bungalows all had outside seating and a rail to hang dry clothing but ours did not. The only window that we had was wall facing so we did not get much sunlight like other bungalows.

The room was clean.The staff is very helpful and friendly, we rented a motorbike and also the las day we had to wake up super early and they asked if we needed breakfast. Breakfast is very complete. Location is good, close to the most beautiful beach in Phu Quoc

Sometimes it gets too noisy as the family is living there and the walls in Asia are paper so you can basically hear everything. The pillow and the bed sheets were :|, not the most comfy in my opinion.

We stayed in bungalow room, just next to the pool and it was pretty awesome when you look at the price you pay. The room was very clean, spacious and bright. Had a fridge, towels, houskeeping passing everyday, extra towels for the beach in the reception upon the request (for free). All of it in the very quiet and super green scenery with swings everywhere. Breakfast buffet's got quite many options, sligthy changing everyday, with vietnamese, as well as western dishes. Super nice staff, early check in possible. The area is close to the main road, plenty of restaurants and various ways to get to the beach. You can walk to the town in like 20min, which was very fine. Great value for money.

The rooms were big and felt quite private and secluded because of the gardens. I liked that there was a little kitchenette, with a sink and benchtops.

The bed was very uncomfortable, it was very hard like wood. Also the tiles on the bathroom floor were very slippery and dangerous.

It was quiet and nice cottage. Staffs are kind and helpful. The initial room has a problem with air conditioning, then I was quickly introduced to the new room. The room is reasonable with the price I paid.

It was pity to have problems in the air conditioning in Vietnam. It was not clear in the information before book, that the cottage was the 2nd building separated from the main one.
