So dirty room. Dirty carpet and wall. Lot of ants in the room. Could not leave longer. So bad. Definitely the room needs deep cleaning. Bad house keeping.

Fantastic location. Very quiet while still being close to beach and main town. Staff were able to provide and early check in which was greatly appreciated.

Laundry facilities would be a great addition to the property's amenities.

Self check in was so simple and sensible. The room was spacious. So was the bathroom. I was sorry to have to leave. Would love to stay there again.

Only problem was not enough coffee sachets or milk.

I loved the location! It was a short walk to the Promenade, then a short walk to the restaurants and cafes the other way. My favourite part was the communal kitchen where we made our own Canadian breakfast (oatmeal, eggs and coffee).

This wasn't the hotel's fault, but there was construction at the end of the street and our Uber took off because someone was driving in the opposite direction on the narrow roadway.

Room was bigger than I expected and balcony was nice. Room was clean and quiet. Location is great. Check in and key policy was easy.

Perfect location, very close to everything in Nice. Very clean, we had everything we needed, including some ice! The parking was a great bonus, very reasonable price and in perfect condition.

Great location. One block from the beach. Loved that there was a full kitchen with private fridges. would definitely stay here again.

Super easy access through the unmanned reception and the organisation was impossible to fault. It is at the budget end of accomodation and as such the rooms were basic but very clean. The cleaning staff were helpful and nice. The location couldn't be faulted - the beach and loads of restaurants and bars in easy reach and a short walk from the old town.

Convenient to promenade and bus. We were on a late flight home and had no bother leaving our bags for pickup later in the day. Lobby had free coffee/tea/juice machine.

No complaints whatsoever.

The location of the property was great. it was a block from the Promenade and 1/2 block from the long walking street with shopping and restaurants. it was a fairly large room with a small refrigerator The bed and pillows were comfortable. The air conditioning worked really well. They also had a coffee and cappuccino machine downstairs which was available 24/7. They also had a full kitchen for use by all the guests which we did not use. They also had a generous checkout time of 11:30 and a place to store luggage until your trip to the airport. They also gave us a code for entry to the front door and the room ahead of time. They also provided a card once you arrived in the room assigned to you. The code will work for the front door until 7 pm. They also have parking available with a daily charge.

Location was incredible and it was clean and spacious. I would definitely go back. Highly recommended. Very comfy bed.

The location was very convenient and close to many sights and attractions by foot, the room was clean and comfortable, the lobby offered complementary coffee, and it felt safe and quiet.

Nice hotel in a central location right near the beach and very very quiet place.

in 4 days the room was not cleaned and only the trash can was emptied.
