Größe des Zimmers und Design
Die Kissen könnten komfortabler sein. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten, wie Schönheitsreparaturen, würden das Bild noch abrunden.

Suuuper Frühstück!
Die Parkplatzsituation:aber es war Weihnachtsmarkt in Kempen und da haben wohl Unberechtigte verbotenerweise geparkt…

Das Hotel liegt zentral und trotzdem ruhig.
Es war alles sauber , sowohl das Zimmer inklusiv Bad als auch das Treppenhaus und die Flure.
Das Zimmer hatte eine ordentliche Größe, es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte und die Betten waren bequem.
Der Check-in mit Pin verlief ohne Probleme , der Check Out am Morgen war mit dem Freundlichen Herren an der Rezeption schnell erledigt.
Ein angenehmes Hotel welches weiter zu empfehlen ist, werde es bestimmt wieder buchen.
Der Hotel eigene Parkplatz war voll und für die Größe des Hotel doch Recht klein.
Mit mir versuchten noch 2 weitere Kfz dort zu parken, ebenfalls Gäste des Hotel, leider erfolglos.
Der öffentliche Parkplatz welcher direkt vor dem Hotel Parkplatz liegt, war aufgrund des Markt der Sterne mehr als gut besucht ,allerdings fand sich noch ein Platz da selbiger wirklich groß ist.
Glücklicherweise ist der öffentliche Parkplatz an Samstagen ab 16uhr kostenlos.

Da Zimmer nach hinten, sehr ruhig.

Totally overpriced. They call that "superior double". Superior only applies to the price. See pictures. 1. Smallest shower cabinet I ever saw. 2. The hotel entrance with the windows of our room. 3. The entrance to our room.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating! The lady at the reception desk was amazing and spoke English with me as a non German speaker. So definitely a plus. The rooms are cute and clean. I definitely recommend!

The room was more than adequate for us. It was clean and inviting. The bed was nice and firm. The breakfast was simply too good to want to leave before we had to, and the staff were helpful, cheerful and available. We would definitely book into Hotel Papillion if/when we next come to Kempen. May thanks for the help and the rooms (and the breakfast).
Can't think of anything really. A fridge in the bedroom would have been much appreciated, but that didn't make our stay any the worse.

Was passing through on route to Scandinavia and decided to stay close to Dutch border after entering Germany. I didn’t know much about Kempen but it is a nice city. The hotel is in a great location, very close to city centre and walking distance to restaurants, cafes and bars. Clean, tidy and comfortable. The staff are friendly.

Very big room with a lovely wooden floor! I found the beds very comfortable. And the town of Kempen is simply charming!
