The Gathering Place 6 BR 4 Bath in rural Hutchinson!
Ranch di mattoni a casa in un ambiente di campagna riposante; camere da letto al piano principale recentemente rinnovate, bagno e soggiorno. Entrata senza chiave per il check-in senza problemi. Ottimo per soggiorni di lavoro prolungati o solo per un fine settimana. Bel soggiorno ha comodo divano e divanetto, e accogliente caminetto elettrico. Non abbiamo nessuna TV in casa ma c'è la connessione wi-fi disponibile. Due camere da letto e un bagno nel seminterrato e due bagni al piano principale. Anche al piano principale, sala da pranzo e cucina con frigorifero, piano cottura, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie e macchina per il caffè e lavanderia.

We had a great time the house was perfect- the only hiccups were that we were given the owners home address (which is a mile down the road) in our informational check in email. Also the room descriptions are a bit misleading- we thought there would be 3 bedrooms on the main floor, but there was only 1z

This home is a gem! We had many family members from out of town come to the Hutchinson area for a reunion and all five of us siblings were able to comfortably stay in the beautiful home. I think it was the cleanest, most well stocked VRBO that I have ever rented. Rosa and Marvin were very gracious hosts and I would highly recommend this home for anyone.

We stayed at this fine property for 3 nights to attend the funeral of our mom and grandmother. The hosts were most accommodating and the communication and property were top shelf. A very nice property that we would stay in again. Thank you very much

We stayed for two nights at this beautiful super clean home, decorated beautifully, lots of room, a full kitchen in the basement a perfect place for a family to stay for a few days or longer

This was a wonderful place to stay. Spacious and very well kept. Good sized bedrooms. Great amenities that are a step above. Plush towels. Plush carpet. Very clean and well decorated. Family friendly. I cannot more highly recommend this house.

We were welcomed with a loaf of freshly baked homemade bread and jam! The house was immaculate and stocked with all the essentials and then some! If we are in the area again we will DEFINITELY be back!

Beautiful place
We went from WI to Kansas for our nephew's wedding. We stayed there with my sister and her family from PA. It was a wonderful place to reconnect.
The place was clean and well supplied. The hosts were easy to work with. Great place!

Mom’s Memorial Gathering
This is a beautiful home. It is absolutely charming and feels so homey. You can tell it is maintained with love. There is an abundance of space and everyone at the house felt incredibly comfortable. We were extra surprised to find a bonus kitchen in the basement! The owners were readily available anytime we had questions. We would absolutely recommend this property and plan on using it again the next time we visit.

Kansas Trip
Very clean and all the right amenities needed for a very pleasant stay. we were blessed to find it as it was very close to where we were at during each day of our stay. Very quiet and very little traffic on the frontage road. Plenty of rooms, nice kitchen and all around very nice .

Our family stayed at this house for a second time and loved it again! It is so comfortable and we are always able to relax. Everything is clean and easy to find. The outdoor space was enjoyed very much by our children. Hope to come again!

HomePlace - relaxing
The HomePlace location had everything we needed for a weekend with family. The home was very clean, had lovely decor, and was perfect for our family. We had one problem; however, they were getting that fixed right after we left. I appreciated Rosa’s communication. through out our stay.

This house was WONDERFUL! Homey, clean and well stocked! The beds were comfortable and the decor was modern! I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting south/central Kansas!

Like staying with family
This property was exactly as advertised. It is out of town and very peaceful and safe. There are train tracks near by but they didn't bother us. The house was built by the current owners parents so it is loved and cherished by the owners much more than just a rental property. When you walk inside it is very peaceful and impeccably clean. The kitchen furnishings, bowls, utensils, crockpots... were excellent we cooked every day we were here, and never wanted for anything. There is plenty of parking and the whole property felt very safe. It is a perfect spot to stay when close to Hutch. I would definitely stay here again.
