Clean and spacious apartmen at very nice location in Brno. Very well equipped and a lot of stuff for kids too (bed, dining chair, bathtub and even a lot of toys).

Very friendly staff. Excellent location close to tram station. A lot of toys for kids. Fully furnished apartment with parking. Free coffee, tea, oatmeal, water, milk etc. Big bathroom.

Venetian blinds in living room are not in good condition. It would need to be replaced.

Very friendly host, everything great, big beds, many sheets and towels. It could use a little investment here and there (like seals under the shower because water is running out) but its just minor things. Greatly recommended

The specious apartment had everything we needed for our family of 4. Kitchen with large fridge, oven, stovetop and espresso machine. Large bathroom. Washing machine. Beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean. Fast Wi-Fi worked and satellite TV. Very close to a nice playground and park. Villa Tugendhat about 10 mins walk away. Tram stops also very close.

Owners are very friendly. Great location in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood. Also close by to several tram lines and a park. The apartment is very well equipped (coffee machine!) and big enough for a comfortable stay for 4-6 people. Garden at the backyard is lovely. Free parking next to the house.

The place was very comfortable, clean and well prepared for guests. I loved that there was a table outside so that we could rest and have our evening tea outside. I loved that there was a parking spot. The owner was very kind and helpful. Location is perfect as well - near tram stations and a short walking distance away from the willa. My only dream would be to have a normal duvet instead of a blanket and more pillows, but this is just my personal preference 😂. I recommend this place to everyone and I hope to go back one day 🙂.

Really nice all around, apartment is large with lots of space for the kids. Hosts were very thoughtful and had everything we needed for the kids, including toys, puzzles, high chair, even baby bath. Would recommend

Clean and very nice apartment. Hostess was very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this apartment.

Great apartment with everything you need. David is very thoughtful. He prepared 2 high chairs and a small bathing tube for my baby, when he saw we travel with our kids. And there was a box of toys - my kids played happily with them. We were surprised that he left water and milk for free in the fridge.

The place was very nice, spacious and well equipped with all you need for a short stay. Communication and check-in was smooth. Very convenient that you could park the car privately next to the building.

There was nothing that we could complain about

Excellent apartments, spacious, comfortable, clean, family friendly. There are several stairs (families with very young children should pay attention). Enclosed yard, safe to leave the car, great parking. We traveled to Europe, so it was especially convenient to stop here and stay overnight and relax. Near the main roads. The host is very pleasant, waiting for us even late in the evening, easy check-in and check-out. The apartments have a great kitchen, a very good coffee machine. There is coffee, sugar, salt, tea, spices ... The host even thought about milk (if someone likes coffee with milk) and put it in the fridge. Free. In the refrigerator we found a great Czech beer for tasting, cocacolos (price normal). Great breakfast !!!! Surprised our whole family. Big thanks to the host !!!
