The Onsen was good, the location pretty central with restaurants around and the metro a few minutes away.

The pictures on the website are not what you are being given. Somehow I booked 2 rooms for my family, I'm pretty sure I booked the rooms with the image attached for the twin beds. We arrived late at night in what seemed like a glorified cupboard, with no storage whatsoever, no room to even open the suitcases (unless you do it on the bed which is really unhygienic)and just one bed (a bit bigger than a single bed). That was for 2 people. The next morning I showed the picture of the room I booked, saying it was very misleading (as it was more than double the size) and they changed the room, when I asked for a partial refund of the 1st night, it was declined. For the price it is in the area it is (yes there are restaurants, but we also realized later a lot of call girls places) it was really overpriced. So my advice is double check what room you are because they will not give you unprompted a good one even if they have (most hotels we stay upgrade us without us asking whenever possible).

Sehr gute Lage.Zimmer und Frühstücksraum sehr kompakt, aber alles tip top. Miso Automat zum Frühstück ein Traum und der Hot Spa im 9ten Stock einfach nur herrlich! Würde jederzeit wieder dort ein Zimmer nehmen !

I expected a small room, clean with a clean bathroom, which was delivered. The breakfast room was good and had a variety of foods to choose from. However, very few if any of the employees at the desk spoke English or knew enough to help me. I had to fend for myself. I asked to overstay for an hour and was told I could for a fee. I thought that after staying for nine nights, they would at least offer this tome. That ended my stay in disappointment.
