Beautiful apartment, everything was as in the pictures , it’s inside Jhb CBD , close to all shops , host was very helpful.

The was no hot water , no electricity and the people at the reception went very hospitable

I liked the actual apartment that we booked, it was aesthetically pleasing

The actual building wasn't satisfying. The elevators were out service, my baby's stroller got caught between the doors

I liked the location of the property. It was clean and had adequate facilities. It was also value for money. The gentlemen at reception were very polite and helpful.

Apartment looks better on the website. I would not describe the apartment as "luxury." If it is luxury there should at least be a generator. I should have been informed that the apartment does not have a generator and this would have been considerd in my decision to stay here. I was in the dark many times and could not go out in the evenings because I was unable to get dressed in the dark. Also the lifts do not work which was frustrating so I had to keep calling the receptionist. Finally, why is it that there is car washing in front of the entrance to the building? This is tacky and does not enhance the marketing or value of the property.
