Air-conditioner not working and room ice cold

It was close to soweto and meuseum

Pictures are misleading, it is very dated hotel, not worth the price, Pictures and reality quiet different. Food are very expensive and tasted absolutely terrible the worst food we had in SA. Breakfast has huge selection again not really tasty , bakery was rather stale. reception gives impressions that its up-market but get to room then totally different story. It was noisy as well, clean wise ok but didn't feel very clean. I would not recommend this place.

The rooms are clean, wifi works well. The staff is very friendly

Excellent value for money . Felt very safe on the property, well positioned for golf and cricket with the wanderer’s sports club available a short, safe , walk away . Great for car parking too .

Location and cleanliness

No aerosol in bathroom. Took quite long to book in at reception

Comfortable room and amenties.

Requested an a la carte breakfast was unavailble. They only serve a buffet. I also though their porters could have been more helpful.
