during reserve for 3 person, the respond by the hotel staff we have to upgrade or otherwise we have to accept Queen size for 3 of us finally we have to add value of the price .Never happens during our stay in hotels even abroad for 3 or 4 people always as what we expected. The room was for smokkers ,the staff was not performed well when i arrived. Coffee was not provided we have to ask to be provided. The toilet found leak by it smell urine,please do better than this

The location is good, lots of restaurant and near attraction. There even a good restaurant in the premises

The room is very tight. The bed is good, but the pillows are past its days.

The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom also bigger than most of the 3-star hotel in Bandung.

The air conditioning was not working properly. I still felt hot even though the temperature was 18°C. But I didn't told the staff because it was a very short stay. The ac might needs some maintenance.

Location. So convenient with many restaurants around. The bed and pillows were comfy.

Given its centrality, the road was noisy till around 11pm on a Friday nite. I cannot imagine how it is on weekends. The balcony floor was dirty, there were cigarette butts and it seemed like it has not been swept and mopped for days. The soap dispenser was not functioning well. I think the hotel should check these things. The lighting was too dim for us. Though there were reading lamps but still it was not bright enough.

perfect location and nice hotel

Location is perfect, walking distance to Dago, Riau and Gasibu neighbourhood. Good restaurants and cafes nearby. Can just leave the car here and explore on foot. Breakfast is ala carte but tasty with plenty choices and big portion. Shower is excellent. We like this hotel for working remotely.

Soundproofing is poor. We are at 6th floor but can still hear the traffic noise, luckily it's a relatively quiet neighbourhood. Pillows are too soft. Only one elevator serving all floors.

The staffs were nice and very flexible, the area is very good, easily accessible also a lot cafes and restaurants around.

Some of the details in the room are not properly maintained.
