The location. It's just near the bus stand so was able to sleep due to noise. The room we booked was suite and we were gvn executive room and then after complaining was shifted to suite next day. No value for money. We paid so much for a bad view and noisy room

Rude and unprofessional staff. They replaced / swapped my T shirt in a laundry with someone else & not ready to accept the mistake. The guy on the desk with no uniform acts like a owner and he was very very rude. For the mistake I only asked to apologise but he refused. He had a lot of ego and not even ready to admit that their laundry guy made a mistake.
Never book this hotel. They are only greedy for money. No respect to the customer.
The bathroom door was broken & water was coming all over. Iron stand was broken. Fan making a lot of noise.
They must sack the front desk guy with no uniform who acts like a owner & call himself owners relative.
I am also going to write about this guy to Tami Nadu Hotels & Bar association for his misbehaviour.

Location primarily. Relatively new hotel so infrastructure is well maintained. Food at WOK@rooftop is amazing. We had some issues initially with the room utilities (leaking water in the washroom, noisy fan) but was Mr. Senthil and Kesavan attended to it superbly.
Room service is non existent. Struggled to get the morning tea in the morning. Buffet breakfast was cold except the idlis. Food and service @Aroma restaurant need improvement.

Nothing to like about the place, location is in the middle of the bazaar.
The property is nothing like the listing here. It’s a scam, the hotel is old and none of the fixtures work from the hairdryer to the fan to the window blinds. The stall is rude and unconcerned. They also ask for the payment upfront upon check-in, despite having the card details on record. Please avoid if you don’t want to be scammed.

First I like about the staffs of your Hotel. They were very friendly and helpful. Then the design of the interiors and the facilities provided in the room. Breakfast is good and it met the needs of various kinds of people with the varieties in items. I would like to come again and stay here.
The thing I don't like here is that there are no rooms provided with balconies. Its very difficult for our drivers to stay there and also very less number of beds provided for drivers. It is really important to concentrate on the part of driver's lounge.

upon booking into the hotel staff said that they haven't received the voucher from booking.com but we have confirmed the booking status so they just sent us to the rooms. Staff dealt with the problem very well. Also location of the property is very good as it is right beside many stores and in the middle of the city.
