For my very first booking through an online site, this booking was perfect. The number of rooms and sleeping options fit our needs and saved us lots of money by avoiding having to book multiple hotel rooms. The owners checked in on our progress to the location and made sure everything was satisfactory upon arrival. The location was a short drive to MCRD Parris Island, maybe 20 minutes with average traffic. Like prior reviews mentioned, there are chickens and ducks on the property but we hardly ever heard them and made for fun conversation when we would see them out the window at mealtime. We had to utilize the full size washer and dryer thanks to a coffee mishap. It had everything you could need for a home away from home. Overall, great quiet place to stay at a great value. I will be checking availability on this place if I find myself in the area again.

Our stay here was amazing! Very comfortable lodging.. The is better than staying in a hotel or inn. You will feel at home for sure.

I wish they have a bigger frying pan and if they can replace the blinds in the master bedroom because they can see you from the outside especially if you are changing clothes😗. We tried everything to fix it but failed.😞 But overall I will give our stay here 10 out 10!😍

The place was very clean. Free range poultry and a peacock made for a very unique and pleasant experience. We loved the ease of access and the location. Our trip for our Marine’s graduation was made so much better by the location of the property.

It was very clean and comfortable. Had all we needed for our stay. Close to the Marine base for graduation. Definitely would stay again.

It was clean, roomy, and smelled excellent. The property is 16 mins from Parris Island and about 5 mins from everywhere else!

very nice grounds keeper, everyone we met was very friendly

the grounds keeper has a lot of chickens, a couple of peacocks, and they came over in the yard but the granddaughter loved it! we were told the animals are going to be moved back in the woods on 10acres and a pond, the owners are working on fixing the park up, but please don’t judge the place by it’s cover, the trailers are very nice on the inside!

The property manager was phenomenal! He met us at the home and was very kind, helpful, and supportive of our needs. The home was super cute and cozy. Most importantly, it was very clean and well maintained. I loved how convenient the location was to stores and restaurants, and is fairly close to the beach. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in the area.

Loved Everything. The property manager went up an beyond for us. Our family and friends had a very pleasant stay. If you have kids they will love all the farm animals. The property is in renovation but don’t let that scare you, the mobile home was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Great place to stay. Will definitely spread the word about this property to all of our military families that need a place to stay close to Parris Island.

I definitely recommend this rental and will book again next time we're in the area. The place is very nice and very clean. The spacious living area is cozy and inviting. Owners are attentive and want to make sure you have everything you need. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and fresh flowers. We were 15 minutes from the gate of Parris Island Recruit Depot. There are some farm animals next door to the property that we enjoyed. There are a few peacocks, beautiful white turkeys, chickens, Lucy the lamb who was happy to see us, lots of super soft bunnies and more.

I come to visit my daughter whose apartment is not big enough for us. This is my second time staying on the property this was a excellent stay. No one bothers you. the host responds immediately, home was very clean you could smell the cleaning products soon as you walk in and the linen smelled great.

Everything was perfect! Close to the base. Clean. Daniel was amazing. My daughter enjoys the animals near the house. (chicks, kittens, rabbits, geese) they were all adorable. We had a great time.

We were very happy with the place. It was what we were looking for. A relaxing place away from the busy life but close to everything. The owners are very friendly and available if anything is needed. We would recommend it to anyone and will be back. The mobile home is beautiful and clean inside. I felt at home.

It was a really comfortable and safe stay. There were some farm animals (chickens, ducks, peacocks, sheep, rabbits, dogs and cats) on the property, which was nice. It has been a long time since a rooster woke me up in the morning. It was like a home away from home.

It's not really a bad thing, but more of a suggestion: maybe install handicap railings in the bathrooms, mainly in the showers. My elderly father-in-law was with us, so those would have been handy.

Property was clean and quite. Owner was kind , informative and helpful.

Perfect location. We liked the set up was just like home away from home. Staff was excellent and very helpful. They went out of there way to make sure everything was excellent. We will be back.
