The host was very accommodating. The appliances and furniture is nice, and we had everything we needed for our stay. It was close to Parris Island for graduation, and it was very quiet.

Our host was very nice and beyond accommodating. It was a very nice place and the scenery was nice.

There wasn't really anything that I can say we didn't like.

The place was clean and comfortable on the inside.

There was no yard space or covered area to get out of the rain.

The location makes you wonder, but after you find out it is all owned by one man, making affordable short term rentals, you relax. Corner goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. Central Air kept us all happy, spaced out, didn't feel like a trailer at all. Much more like a home! Even the animals made it fun! Washer and dryer, full size fridge, oven, dishwasher. Everything was great for a great price!! I would totally stay again and wish I could see the entire place when he gets it completed!

The drive way needs some bot holes filled in, but the rain doesn't help that.

Minutes away from MCRD front gate. The inside was renovated nicely. The owner was very communicative and addressed all of our concerns in a timely fashion and was very respectful. The wifi was helpful in keeping kids up with school work. Plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets. Clean. Once inside, it had a homey feel to it.

Rooster crowing at 4 am until 8 am. Kind of funny though. Spoke to owner about this and he was very nice and said he would be fixing that problem. The location or I should say the presentation when pulling into the lot could be better but it wasn’t a deal breaker. I wasn’t there for a vacation, I was there to see my son graduate as a new Marine and that was my main focus.

When we walked in the first thing we noticed was the clean smell. Everything was so comfy and inviting. The beds were especially comfortable. We slept 6 very easily with room for one more. There was plenty of closet and cabinet space including a walk-in closet in the Master bedroom and a walk-in pantry in the kitchen. Everything was provided to cook, do laundry and relax. The TV had plenty to offer for viewing options with apps already loaded. The location is a small trailer park in the countryside with a few farm animals “next door”. We felt much at home since the surroundings were similar to where our own houses are built around farmland. We often take campers to campgrounds that have the same “vibe” as the trailer park. We actually rented two of the units on the same lane. That was a huge bonus because we had several family members and friends traveling together for my sons graduation from boot camp at the Marine base. The location to Parris Island Marine base was very convenient. We were also just minutes from plenty of stores and restaurants. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

My only suggestion would be to add a door between the master bedroom and bathroom for more privacy. I know for some, including my own family members, this is how their own homes are set up. But with sharing bathrooms with so many, it would have made it more convenient. It would not be a deal breaker if I had to stay again; it is just accommodate all customers.
