Location was awesome. Close to everything needed. Room was clean this time. Very quiet at night. Everyone respected the quiet time between 10p-7a. Very appreciated!!

Housekeeping staff horrible. They stand around your room when it’s time for check out like vultures waiting for death. I thought that the 1st time it happened it was annoying and I let it slide but, when I came to town and it happened again, I decided I will never return. I asked for late check out so I could go to church with elderly parents. We got out early and returned and was taking advantage of late checkout but would be out before time to check out to avoid fees. The housekeeper knocked on door feverishly and was rude stating I didn’t have late checkout. (Which I did) When I got downstairs the housekeeper admitted to being wrong and that I did have late checkout. No apology. I checked out despite being displeased with this experienced. Front desk lady said nothing about what happened as housekeeper laughed at her mistake. Very disappointing!!!

Everything man everything was like so Gucci. Loved all of it mane. Soooo good the view my gosh brothger. Such a good experience. My lord y'all got try this thing mane. For real for real. With everything in me this was El Perfecto. Just great stuff mane. Just fantabulous.

Nothing mane. Absolutely perfect stay my gosh it felt like heaven on earth. Y'all for real gotta try this place like my gooooddddnesss it's da best in the North south east and west.

I like the location and it was quite comfortable.

The elevators were broken both of them come and I have a total knee replacement it was hard climbing four flights upstairs. Once in my room for the evening I didn't go back out so I didn't even enjoy the time for the evening.

The hotel is very clean and updated. The room was nice and large and was able to sleep our 5-person family.

There wasn’t any luggage carts when we checked in or out. They could’ve been in other guests rooms, but it was just a lot to have to carry.

Restaurant was closed. Pool was closed. Shower was gross. Staff unhelpful. Booked through Bookings, and the Hotel pre-charged my credit card. Try to get the charge moved to a different card, and the companies couldn't talk to each other. Nightmare. Tried to leave a day early. No chance.

There was no trash cans in the room and not enough toilet tissue and not enough towels for two people also when I requested I was told it was going to be a hour and a hour turned in to hours.

No free breakfast...no coffee in lobby

No free breakfast...no 24 hour coffee in lobby...pool was closed. Evening and nite shift front desk personel are lazy and useless

Front desk personnal. Two ladies One very thin and one heavier set. When I arrived at the desk I was ignored by the thin girl. When I was acknowledged by the thin girl she was not even courteous or kind.

I liked the suite style of the room. The bed was comfortable. There was a working refrigerator and microwave. I liked that the lights and fan in the bathroom worked well. I liked the mirror in the TV room

I didn't like that the pool & jacuzzi were not available. Had I known this I would not have stayed and paid the higher price for the holiday inn but would have stayed at a place that didn't have a pool. I thought that was shady dealing. Also, the workout area was open but the air smelled horribly of mildew. When working out, one needs to breathe fresh air so I didn't feel I should attempt working out and possibly get sick. This was another thing I thought would be available but wasn't. The bathroom in our room had a mildew smell as well but not as strong as the air near the pool/workout area. I think the smell was coming from the drains...but not sure. One of the remote controls in the room didn't work, the carpet in the front room was stained and my husband said the room smelled like someone's food when we walked into the room. One of the elevators made us wonder if we might get stuck. The other elevator sounded like it was raining on the outside of the elevator. We were hoping for a comfortable, clean, restful place. Although we did get rest, my husband wanted to check out after the first night but we couldn't figure out how to get out of the prepaid 2 night stay so reluctantly, we stayed.

Food was yummy. Service was nice.

Pillow cases had black mold on them requested soap stated they had no more at hotel.

The location was nice and easy to get in and out of. friendly staff.

coffee was out on Sunday morning down in the lobby. The rack holding soap and shampoo was laying in the tub when we got to our room.
