Incantevole appartamento in un bellissimo edificio in mattoni del 1800 ristrutturato. Situato nel cuore del quartiere di Lincoln Square di Chicago. 2 isolati dal treno El. Passeggiata a film, ristoranti, bar, parchi. Bel quartiere familiare con case di lusso tutto intorno. Bici per la spiaggia e il centro. Convenientemente situato a 20 minuti di treno o in auto per le università locali Northwestern, Northeastern, Loyola e DePaul.
Circa 1400 metri quadrati, inondati di luce naturale, soffitti alti e pavimenti in legno in tutto. C'è un bel portico anteriore per osservare la gente.
Le aree comuni offrono un soggiorno separato e una sala da pranzo. La sala da pranzo comprende un pianoforte a mezza coda che gli ospiti che giocano sono invitati a utilizzare. A very pleasant experience for out trip to Chicago. The location was awesome, very close to train access and restaurants.
The residence was lovely and very comfortable for everyone. Thanks for making our trip so enjoyable.

Our stay was wonderful. The hosts were great at communicating. The place was well stocked. Parking was street parking but there was always parking in front or on the side. House was on the corner. The street was quite in a great safe neighborhood with great restaurants around.

We couldn't have been happier with our Ravenswood flat. Both the flat itself and our location were wonderful. A Brown L station was 3 blocks away. We could walk in any diection and find resteraunts and stores close by. Lincoln square was four blocks away. The accomodations were warm and comfortable. We loved sitting in the front porch looking at the greenery. Our hosts were very helpful and responsive. We'd all return. In fact, we all agreed that, if we moved to Chicago, this is the home we'd chose!

My family stayed at Lisa’s place for the Memorial Day weekend so we could visit my sister. Lisa’s place is warm and inviting with everything we needed to make for an enjoyable weekend. The flat was great with great accents that enhanced our stay. We truly enjoyed it and look forward to another stay!

Fantastic stay at the Wilson Manor! My family grew up in Ravenswood and we left 50 years ago. The siblings have not been together for about 20 years. This was the place to connect. All of us could not have been happier with our experience. The hosts were simply awesome and always communicative. Easy check in and check out. We had everything we needed in the home. Comfortable and quiet and clean. The property was everything we wished for from walking distances and area. Driving distances was great to downtown Chicago and all the attractions that you would come to see in Chicago. So many great restaurant suggestions from the hosts and our only wish is that we could have stayed longer to do it all. We will definitely stay here again. We already are planning our next get together at the Wilson Manor. A huge thanks to the host and Wilson Manor. See you again.

Beautiful apartment in Ravenswood. Perfect accomodation in quiet, diverse neighborhood. Amazing kitchen. Lovely bedrooms. Walked to CTA brown line to visit downtown. Walked to restaurants and shopping. Short drive to Montrose Beach. Street parking available in front. Manager provided great communication. Wonderful stay!

This is first floor apartment very close to the Brown Line in Lincoln Square/Ravenswood. Neat old building with all the modern conveniences. Would stay here again!

Sweet little spot in Ravenswood! Easy access to public transportation and restaurants. The flat is lovely, and the front porch is a great place for a quiet morning coffee. We will definitely be returning! Lisa and Mark are excellent hosts.

This was a great stay. Apartment was clean and spacious and welcoming. Lisa was right on with communication. I and a friend were in town to visit family. Very convenient to shopping at Lincoln Square and Andersonville. And a walkable and residential neighborhood. I would stay again.

The property listing is accurate. This charming, well stocked, roomy apartment was perfect for our three nights in Chicago. We parked our car out front on the street and took the "L" train into downtown every day. The Damen station is an easy walk. Would definitely stay again.

Me, my wife and our 10 year old daughter stayed here on a vacation in Chicago. The place was great! The place has plenty of room and was as advertised. It is in a great location to explore the city from. We drove to Willis Tower, Montrose Beach, the Museum of Science and Industry, Millenium Park and Navy Pier, all of which were about 15 min away. Parking was easy on the street right in front of the place and was always available when we returned. In addition, we walked 4 blocks to the train and rode it to Wrigley for a game, and walked just a few blocks every night to local restaurants. I highly recommend this place if you are visiting Chicago!

I can’t say enough positive things about this spot! We stayed for 5 nights in the middle of our road trip from Texas and it was the perfect spot for our family to land each night after exploring the city. The beds were comfy, the kitchen easy to use, was super clean and easy to access, not to mention plenty of room for the 4 of us to spread out and relax. We felt totally safe in the neighborhood and rode the L to the Cubs game which was easy and felt safe as well. Street parking was never an issue, there was always a spot right in front of the house or across the street. Lisa and Mark were great and their pizza shop down the street was delicious! We would definitely recommend this spot!

We loved our stay. An older home that was very cozy and warm. The owners were very communicative throughout our stay. Walking distance to restaurants, Starbucks etc. Beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed! Will stay again when we come back to Chicago.

In honor of our 10th wedding anniversary, we returned to our old Chicago neighborhood for the first time as a family after moving out of state 4+ years ago. Walking distance from our favorite haunts and friends in Lincoln Square and Ravenswood, our guest quarters instantly felt like home. Our only regret was planning too many outings instead of hosting our friends and enjoying the perfectly appointed space. The board games and grand piano begged to be played and the kitchen and dining room begged for friends and a home cooked meal. We'll do that next time, which we hope won't be another 4+ years from now.

Had a great time at this location, right near Lincoln Square. The hosts were super nice and thoughtful, and the place was very cute, spacious, clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was also wonderful -- a mostly quiet area, yet right near a bunch of restaurants, shops and parks and the train. We really enjoyed our stay and we would highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting Chicago. Thank you to the great hosts again. They were very thoughtful and made our stay very comfortable. Really appreciate all the care they put into this property. I would definitely try to book this property again when I'm back in Chicago!

We come to Chicago often and this is one if the best places we've stayed. First, the location, for us was just right. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The home itself is exactly like pictured! There's a ton of room (which you don't often have in Chicago rentals). The parking was awesome!! We were able to park right next to the home everytime!! And the hosts were extremely responsive and detail oriented, right down to fresh cookies on the table. Look no further, this is your place for a Chicago get away!!

1. Clean - This place was spotless and well-stocked with extra towels, blankets, paper products, etc.
2. Comfortable - The vibe is incredibly cozy. We settled right in, had plenty of room to do our own thing during down time and slept great.
3. Convenient - We parked right in front on the street for all 5 days (4 nights) for free! The location was perfect - away from the hubbub enough to be quiet and feel safe, but close enough that it was a short trip to see the sights.
We are so grateful we found this gem to make our Thanksgiving/birthday vacation extra special. It truly felt like a home away from home. ❤

REGARDING THIS TITLE THE PARTY THAT WENT ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY WAS UNBELIEVABLE IN THE WAY OF FINDING A PARKING SPACE. WOULD OF LIKED TO BE INFORMED ON THIS BEFORE OUR RENTAL STARTED. BUT LIKELY WE DID FIND SPACES BOTH ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY BUT IF YOU WANT A COMMENT LET YOUR GUESTS KNOW OF THESE ISSUES BEFOREHAND. I REALLY LOVED EVERYTHING ELSE OF OUR STAY. THANKS. LISA AND MARK. The location of the property was wonderful. We felt very safe walking around even at night. Convenient walking distance from Brown Line Damen stop. The parking spots on the street seemed to be abundant. The negative was it was 50 + minutes train ride to my sons.
The owners were wonderful people and very accommodating. The property was better than expected. I loved all her old pieces of furniture. The beds were really comfortable, and the property was very clean and well stocked.
I would highly recommend staying at this property.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in Lisa's apartment, and it was just as wonderful as we experienced the first time. The apartment is large, bright, and very comfortable. The location is great, and there's plenty of street parking. Lisa and Mark are gracious and attentive hosts. We love it here, and will definitely be back!

We arrived early and asked to leave our luggage while we toured the city. Lisa was very accommodating and gave us some great tips and directions. The house is charming and roomy. Quick walk to the train daily and not a super long way to the airport(O'Hare). We were at the Navy Pier when a tornado warning came. Lisa texted to check on us and make sure we were safe. Wonderful experience with a wonderful host.

Home was in an excellent location, EASY walk to Lincoln square restaurants & shopping, close to brown line for easy access into loop. Parking was a breeze, we drove into the city and arrived late evening, we were concerned about finding a space on the street but NO PROBLEM, parked right in front of the house. The times we did use our car we were able to return to a spot right in front of the house with plenty of other options available for parking. The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen is big and nicely stocked, the beds were comfortable, plenty of linens, blankets & comforters. One of my favorite features was the front porch; great spot for a cocktail, coffee or a good book. We stayed a week so we were able to check out the neighborhood during peak and non-peak times.

We stayed in this lovely Lincoln Square apartment during a visit to see our Son. The space exceeded or expectations! It was spacious, comfortable, and well stocked. We loved walking all around the neighborhood and especially enjoyed the French patisserie down the block! We caught the brown line 2 blocks away and took in a Cubs game, but when we wanted to drive we were always pleased to find a parking spot right in front of the apartment upon our return. Lisa, the host was extremely helpful and gracious! This is an awesome find!

We were so pleased with our stay here! We all felt the property was even better than advertised and we felt very safe and comfortable. Parking was easily accessible and it was a beautiful, quick walk to public transportation. Our hosts were welcoming and available without being intrusive. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
