Deceptive behavior I booked an all-board room at Sasha hotel. I arrived @2pm, the front desk lady, said lunch and breakfast is tomorrow, and dinner is at 7pm on 5th floor tonight. I asked if I can have the lunch since it is still serving. She said this the policy, lunch is also tomorrow and check out is 12pm, with a smile. Ok, fine Next day, I had breakfast and went down to front desk little before 12pm and asked about my paid for lunch. The employee said follow me, took me to 5th floor then to 1st floor as AC was not working. The restaurant in 1st is also named Sasha, and attached to hotel, but open to public. I saw the hotel employee speaking to restaurant’s staff and supposedly he has told them about my case. When bill came, I wrote on it my room number and “all-board booking”note. I asked the guy to double check with the hotel front desk. The front desk guy replied to him, no. Guest has checked out?! What a crook. I willingly paid it. After, the restaurant has nothing to do with crook behavior and should be paid its money, I agree. Now, what can I do about it? Nothing really. Just will ex the hotel on next travel, give the hotel the booking evaluation it deserves, and perhaps write this experience on [link removed]for new guests to not be fooled by this all meal board deal

It was fairly good. The room was relatively clean, and the size was spacious. The bed was super comfortable. However, the hospitality was amazing, especially Mr. Sandaruwan he is an excellent man, helped us a lot and was very nice and welcoming he was one of the reasons we liked the hotel.

The bathroom wasn't very clean, and the toilet seat had stains. The sheets were not very clean. The breakfast selection was very limited. However, the food and drinks tasted good. So it has its ups and downs but generally it is a nice hotel and somewhat good value for your money.

The Hotel is located just a few minutes drive from Bandaranaike International Airport. They have a huge Food Court with an access from the Reception Area with plenty of Choices. The Rooms are very spacious and nicely furnished. Definitely worth the Money to stay in this property. This has been our 9th stay in this Property

Excellent. I had a choice of a English breakfast or a local one in the food hall. I went for the local and was fully satisfied . Fresh food. The staff was very polite and helpful. The bathroom has no extract fan and in the night gives a damp smell. Overall I was very satisfied will recommend to anyone and will stay again.

I wanted to use a computer but was offered managers laptop which I did not want to use. The bathroom has not extract fan gives a damp smell in the night.

Rooms were clean, spacious and have an access to a balcony facing towards the roadside. They have a clean restaurant in the ground floor.
