It was an open floor plan

Staff was friendly. It’s an affordable option to book for a day at most, there was no other guests. We booked this place to get a transit visa in Sri Lanka but spent the day elsewhere. There was no option to pay by card, only cash.

Sonny was really accomadating and helped in anyway he could even specific requests for our breakfast and offered us coffee all the time, the pool was a really nice way to relax and cool down after getting out of the 32° heat. Our room had a fridge lots of plug sockets a comfortable bed. It's in a good location being between the lagoon and the waterfront

The main issue we faced in our room which is an easy fix was the bathroom window and balcony door frame had gaps around the frame which if unblocked allowed mosquitos in, we realised this after the first night and stuffed the curtain into it and blocked all the gaps. Problem was solved. Also the sink tap wasn't working but the shower was this also had a tap under the shower so wasn't too much of an issue.

Hotel with good loacation, nearly airport. It is the best choice, before or after flying. Staff on hotel is very frendly and preapering helf you every time. Hotel room is big also beds. Breakfasts were very tasty.

What I liked the most was the breakfast and the kindness of the staff.

It was not very clean and there were insects in the room.

Old building, Dirty pool

In these covid times there are very few travellers around so I was alone in the hotel. It meant I had all the attention! But it was certainly good value for money. I only ate breakfast and it was very satisfying for me.

The hotel had no control over the power-cuts. But maybe the wi-fi should have been available during the night, However it was great to have so many cable TV stations to choose from. There is no direct access to the beach. One must walk up the road a little. The pool looked nice but I am not a pool user.
