Una volta superate le porte d'ingresso scolpite della villa, la piscina è a vostra disposizione. Alla vostra destra, il bellissimo edificio principale dalle linee pulite, comprende al piano terra l'ampio soggiorno (135 m²) composto da due salotti tra cui un angolo TV, un'enorme cucina, una sala da pranzo con tavolo e 12 sedie. La cucina completamente aperta, al centro della stanza, è arricchita dalle sue nicchie e dal suo bar con 5 sgabelli. Ha tutti gli elettrodomestici professionali.
Al piano superiore, troverete due ampie camere da letto con enormi vetrate e bagni privati, doppi lavandini e cabine doccia. Al loro centro, un patio piantumato con un banano esalta la proprietà, come un giardino pensile.

Stunning property with beautifully appointed bedrooms with special enhanced lighting around the beds & bedroom. The pool and surrounding landscape was relaxing and provided perfect options for being in or out of the sun. The Manager was excellent fulfilling all of our requests. And the kitchen staff was superb.

We had an amazing stay at this property. Upon arrival the property was even more beautiful than the photos. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the decor was gorgeous, and the pool was way bigger than we expected Best part of the experience was the kind and beyond attentive staff. They provided us with everything we needed during our stay, and also helped us with having all types of services easily available to us, and local drivers that could take us anywhere we wanted. There was also lots of food options, local shopping, and a convenient store all in close walking distance. Our house manager was so sweet and she was easy to reach and always got back to me within minutes. Would absolutely stay here again.
Positives:

Very slight negatives: (these are TINY negatives compared to the positives and would not deter me from staying here again/suggesting it to friends, this place is awesome)
1. There is no walkable beach, this location is much more city centralized, if you are looking for beach/lush/secluded area this is not it
2. There are wild dogs in this neighborhood that did bark quite a bit at night, if you are a light sleeper I would suggest earplugs.

The pictures and description of this villa truly do not do it justice. My family and I stayed for a week at this lovely villa and enjoyed every moment of our stay. We only had 6 people stay, but this villa is plenty big enough for full capacity without feeling like you are on top of each other.
The villa itself was absolutely stunning. It has a fully outdoor feel to it as the living room/kitchen is open to the backyard/pool. Both rooms upstairs mirror each other with it's own view out to the pool and own bathrooms. Across the way are the two additional rooms with one being the master. The pool was incredible and, with the Bali sun, kept at the perfect temperature all day long. At night, the neon lights offer amazing photo opportunities and make for a fun night in.
The villa staff is absolutely incredible. We ordered breakfast almost every morning, and there is plenty of food made each time. The villa is kept incredibly clean with daily service in the rooms and villa in itself. We utilized our driver, Ketut, almost daily as well as he was able to take us all over the island for our adventures.
This villa truly felt like paradise. If Bali wasn't as beautiful as it was, we could of enjoyed the entire trip just within the place. The area around the villa is amazing with bars, restaurants, and shops all within walking distance. I would recommend this villa 10 times over for anyone looking for a luxurious and fun place to stay for your holiday!

We stayed with family, 3 generations, and the property was fabulous. Huge pool , outdoor areas and everyone had their own bedrooms and bathrooms which were great. Katut was a good Manager and organised breakfasts, massages and a dinner at the Villa. Loved the coffee shop close by with the best coffee. The only negative was that the lanes to get to the main road were too dangerous to walk with so many cars and bikes and no footpath , so cabbed it everywhere. But the Villa was worth it.

The moment you step in the villa you get the wow factor instantly, I could not fault the villa it exceeded our expectations. All staff was friendly and helpful and it was clean and well looked after, location is good not too busy and a 20 min walk from bars and restaurants althought there is some around the villa if you do not want to venture too far along with cafes so location for us was perfect. We was celebrating a 50th birthday one day and the staff again went above and beyond to make this special. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again when returning to Bali

The Villa was exactly as pictured.
It was spacious, relatively clean and tidy and the staff were friendly.
The downsides:
1. Location wise it was very far from Seminyak centre
2. Not many restaurants close by
3. "Chef" meals were not cooked by chef, but by the maintenance person and expensive for what we received.
4. Pool maintenance - this left a lot to be desired. Nearly our entire party of 12 ended up with ear infections. They also over chlorinated the pool in the morning to such a degree that 2 children ended up with chemical burns on their face and body. Children had to visit the doctor.
5. Shower drains completely blocked in the back two units.

1. Car hire was easy, friendly and inexpensive.
2. Staff were friendly and helpful
3. Great set up with open plan living

Nothing Short of Amazing!
I don't even know where to begin with this review. This property hands down was everything my party and I could have imagined and more. The property was exactly how it appeared in the photos. I took 11 people there to celebrate my 40th birthday and everyone was very happy. The staff was amazing and super friendly. They cooked for us, cleaned for us, helped with luggage and went out of their way to provide a superb level of service.
The home is located in a perfect area and you can walk to many shop, restaurants and spas.
You absolutely cannot go wrong with this one.

Just absolutely spectacular villa & staff
It was honestly hard for eight ladies to close their suitcases & head to the airport. The villa was so beautiful beyond words. Staff are amazing & so kind. We completely felt so spoiled. We had massages by the pool, breakfast & dinners made for us which were delicious. The pool was so beautiful. Bedrooms bright, very clean, huge bathrooms. This villa is a stunning place to stay & in a great location. Thx U for accepting my booking & looking forward to sharing with my friends, family & returning soon some day......Namaste🙏💛!

Had an amazing time at the villa. All Staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Security was great. Location is quite good, local shops in walking distance. Just be mindfull of steps when getting in & out of beds:) Thanks for making our family holiday fantastic.

Beautiful property with an amazing pool! Close to Seminyak and all the amazing restaurants, shops and beach clubs. Staff were really helpful in organising scooters and transport for us. Bedrooms were comfortable and lots of space if you're travelling in a group.

Best luxury villa on Bali - we decided to come back once per year
We absolutely loved staying at this villa and decided to book again for 2020 right away.
The rooms, pool and outdoor area are absolutely stunning. The staff and team of Villa Zenissima go above and beyond and fulfil all your wishes with great care.
The bathrooms are absolutely amazing. We decided to come back once per year and even consider getting married at the villa.

Waouhh !!
Nous avons passé un séjour en famille des plus agréables dans cette somptueuse villa. Dès notre arrivée dans la maison, un "waouhh" général est sorti de nos bouches, la piscine est gigantesque, les chambres immenses, la décoration extérieure comme intérieure très très belle, et la nuit c'est magnifique.
On a tous beaucoup apprécié le personnel de maison qui s'est occupé de nous à merveille, d'une grande gentillesse et répondant à toutes nos demandes. Les repas cuisinés à domicile étaient délicieux. La manager nous a organisé toutes nos excursions avec un chauffeur, et des massages à domicile au bord de la piscine, le rêve.
Gros point positif, la villa est situé vraiment au calme, et près de nombreux restaurants et boutiques, on en a bien profité.
On recommande vraiment cette villa, on espère y revenir très vite.

Een onvergetelijke tijd in een geweldig mooie villa!
Voor ons 30 jarig huwelijk zijn wij o.a. een week in deze mooie villa geweest met onze kinderen en de vriend van onze dochter. Het verblijf was echt geslaagd. De villa is zeer ruim en luxueus en in een smaakvolle Balinese stijl ingericht. Het personeel en in het bijzonder Wayang maakte het geheel compleet. Zij was niet alleen een goede kokin, maar ook een lieve en behulpzame gastvrouw.
Alleen jammer dat er aan de voorkant nog werd gebouwd en dat gaf al vroeg In de ochtend overlast. Verder was de druk hoog om de villa vroeg te verlaten omdat nog dezelfde dag nieuwe gasten introkken. Maar alles bij elkaar hebben wij ontzettend genoten en is dit echt een aanrader.

Très belle villa où on a passé un excellent séjour. On a adoré l'immense piscine, les chambres étaient très spacieuses et la villa magnifiquement décorée. Super idée le gazebo au bord de la piscine où on s'est fait masser. Le Chef nous a concocté de très bons petits déjeuners et dîners indonésiens, toujours dans la bonne humeur et le sourire permanent.
On a visité l'île du nord au sud avec l'aide de la manager qui a tout organisé pour nous, vraiment ces vacances étaient superbes.
Merci à tous, on espère revenir bientôt.

With 11 of us trying to get ready this created a challenge at times. However nothing that couldn't easily be fixed by flipping the switch on the circuit braker but still a little inconvenient. Lastly, the WIFI would not reach to the 2 units on the opposite side of the main villa. Those who stayed in those rooms needed to walk to the main part to get online. Other than that, it was a wonderful place to relax by the beautiful pool and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Will definitely be back next time.

Fantastic villa
Not much to say here as the villa speaks for itself. We barely left the place! What you see id what you get. Rooms are huge with giant bathrooms and the pool area is perfect with covered cabana and lounge chairs. Great for big groups. The cook had breakfast ready every day and plenty of restaurants we're a $2 USD cab ride away.
I'd recommend this to anyone and I would repeat visit if I go back to Bali.

Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir séjourner dans cette magnifique VILLA avec une situation géographique idéale pour le Shopping, les soirées branchées, les restaurants, les activités aquatiques..
Un standing digne d'un 5 étoiles avec un personnel au petit soin et des prestations au top. La manager Catherine a répondu parfaitement à nos attentes en organisant notre séjour ( Transferts, location Scooter, Visites guidées, Cours de Surfs, Massages à la villa,..).
Les propriétaires nous ont parfaitement accompagnés dans la préparation de ce voyage avec réactivité en donnant de bons conseils.
Nous reviendrons sans hésitation dès que nous le pourrons .

Villa aux volumes exceptionnels et à la decoration soignée. Le personnel est tres agreables et nous a concocté de splendides petit dejeuner. La manager nous a egalement bien assisté dans l'organisation de nos visites avec un chauffeur tres sympa. La tres grande piscine est fantastique. Nous avons quité cet endroit a regrets, nous reviendrons !!!!

My wife and I and friends had the pleasure of staying at Emma's villa for a portion of our holidays and it was spectacular. The outdoor area with a stunning decoration and a fantastic pool, the huge bedrooms couldn't have been better. The staff was also great in every way. I requested flowers as a surprise to my wife and the way the staff went out of their way to make it memorable was much appreciated. Of the five villas we stayed at in Bali, this was our favorite. Highly recommended!!!

Superbe !!
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa magnifique. Encore plus belle que sur les photos, on a adoré l'immense piscine avec plein de transats autour, les très grandes chambres, super idée de mettre un jardin dans les salles de bain. La décoration nous a enchanté, les statues partout sont bluffantes.
On a beaucoup apprécié le quartier calme mais très proche du centre facilement accessible à pied pour les restaurants ou faire du shopping.
Un grand merci à la propriétaire et à tout le personnel sur place qui nous a cuisiné nos repas, entretient la villa à merveille, nous a organisé des excursions avec un chauffeur adorable, et nous a donné plein de bonnes adresses à ne pas louper.
On recommande à tous cette location, c'est un endroit magique.
On reviendra dès que possible, c'est certain.
