There was no facility inside the room like tea tea-making facility. There were COCKROACHES in the room when the lights switched off. I had to change the room at 12 midnight. Very bad upkeep of room and infrastructure

Cleanliness of the hotel - lot of cockroaches. Rooms are not cleaned every day - poorly lit premises.

Always, BELSONS TAJ MAHAL is our favourite hotel - for stay n food - for the last 12 years or so. Feels like our own second home....

When I arrived, the employee asked me about my nationality, and when he played that I was a foreigner, he told me that the hotel does not allow foreigners to stay. When I threatened him with a complaint, he agreed. The rooms were very dirty, the bedspread was dirty and yellow, and there was no lighting in the bathroom at all. All the services mentioned on the Booking website are not available. There is no internet. There is no tea heater. Very bad hotel and not worth one star

Very bad electrical works, switches plugs are so bad

Everything was JUST OK, Room was clean and things were accessible easily

They charge you for the room and yet they don't provide water or anything, everything is charged ! And upon that there are no amenities like hair dryer, iron box, etc and for whatever reason you call the reception they just have one answer 'NO not available' Room service was a waste. There's no proper room service, everything had to be taken by us. The blankets were very low quality. They don't provide any toiletries, we had to specially ask for it everyday. Our things were missing from the room, We got robbed and they weren't cooperative enough to help us. There are cameras but they're reluctant to show us
