Front Reception was helpful quiding.

Rooms very small, AC not in good condition not control, outside environment not that good, gutter water going in front of the hotel bad smell upto inside the hotel

room size was only 10 by 10. visitors not allowed in to room and told to meet only in lobby, no AC in lobby overly priced compared to better hotels nearby. no extra time given while vacating.

I came with my wife at 3am. they have asked for marriage certificate at 3am out of the blue. i didn't have that. i have called the property the before day and asked if they need any documents. they said they need only aadhaar cards which we brought along. on reaching the hotel at that odd hour they started asking for marriage certificate.on top of that the reception guy was carrying a worst attitude. we had a hard time. Though tough we checked in to some other hotel

Traveler's stay either one day or more only one botal of water is to be given not sufficient. Nd no change of bading If person will stay 2or 3days.

That's why not good

The staff was very rude.They are not customer oriented and they don't understand the customers basic needs. The hotel loots the customer with their policies.

Location is okay

According to room tarif charge room is not suitable

We stayed there 3 nights and our experience is wonderful. Near to Hussain Sagar Lake at the heart of the city Secundrabad. Almost a walking distance from Paradise Restaurant. Near to Secundrabad Railway station. Auto fare to Charminar vary from 250 to 300 rupees. There are several restaurants near to this hotel. Mumbai Cafe and Restaurant is nearest where one could get fabulous Iranian tea along with cookies. Room service is good. Restaurant inside the hotel is affordable. Breakfast is where they could improve a little. Rooms are clean and quite spacious.
