There was mold all over our shower curtain. Place had a musty smell. For over 200 a night. It should not be anything like that.

The pool was well maintained and nice. The proximity to the beach was great, just a short walk across the street.

The train runs behind the building and blares the horn each day around 3:45. The street noise is very loud and it was very difficult to sleep. The room didn’t have any hooks to hang anything on and there wasn’t any place to hang wet clothing. There wasn’t any place to put beach items that were wet and sandy except the tub. The bathroom needs to be updated and some shelves and hooks installed to put clean clothes could be added for changing and showering. Parking was very tight.

It was very close to everything could walk everywhere. And the staff was great.

Rooms were a little small but we made it work.

Location was fantastic, beach was across the street and downtown was close. You can tell the owners care about the property by the way they take care of the beautiful plants. Pool was very clean, room was clean. There was maid service every day. Very very happy and will come back again.

We loved everything about the motel. The size of the room, the cleanliness of inside and outside, the location, the friendliness of all the staff I spoke with, the pool!!, closeness to the ocean & Pier. A wonderful place to stay and I highly recommend it to all. Already talking about going back next summer.

Th only complaint would be the internet connection. It worked great between 4:00am & 8:00am but after that it was very spotty. Not sure why this kept happening or if it was common, also not sure if they knew why in the office as I spoke to 1 of the staff about it.

i loved the location of this property! literally across the street from the ocean and beach, walking distance to all shops and restaurants. Employee’s we’re super friendly and accommodating to requests

property advertised wifi, however the wifi did not connect and due to lack of service it was hard communicating with other family members. the floors looked clean however after walking barefoot on them after the shower, the bottom of my feet were black as well as my other friends. this could have been from the beach sand and getting into the cracks but other than that the room was clean.

Location is perfect! Traveled with 12 year Olds. They could easily go back to room on their own, or walk to arcade/amusement park. Owners are very Nice!! Great storage for our luggage! Hate opened suitcases with tweens! We had to leave early, covid hit us, and owners are welcoming us back in August comped!

breakfast not included. the hotel was ok. clean. parking could be better. they should number each parking space to match the number of room you are in.. refrigerator could have been bigger

parking spots. need to be a little bigger and numbered. one parking spot for each room. and spot should be numbered to match your room. you had parking but had to park were ever there was a spot opened.

Best motel for the value. Staff was exceptional. Place was very clean. Can’t beat the location. I will absolutely be back!

Obviously being on the Main Street during a weekend, it was a little loud at night but I expected that. Didn’t put a damper on anything g.

Perfect location. Easy walk across the street to the beach. 5 minute walk to the pier. Close enough to easily get to the action but far enough that my kids weren't kept awake by the commotion.

Iron was missing from room. Pool wasn't really promoted, ie , availability of pool towel

The location was great. Right across the street from the beach and only a few blocks from the main street with shops and restaurants. The shower in the bathroom was also a plus. Hot water for everyone.
