Everything was great. We got there a little early, staff was very accommodating.
Air conditioner was a little tricky to use.

Loved the location and our room was very clean. We enjoyed Old Orchard Beach and the fireworks from the pier were a bonus. Loved the ocean and the surf was perfect- lively, but not too rough.
It was “plain” in a way - our room was very small and there was no breakfast, really, but it was OK because the overall experience was great.

The location perfect.. Staff was excellent always there for whatever you need . Rooms were clean and i didn’t need for anything !

Location was fine. The Sandpiper is actually a short walk along the beach or along the street to the downtown attractions.
The room was way over priced for the size and quality. I have rented two bedroom time shares in Hawaii for less money per night. The room views online did not show how cramped the room actually is.

Location was excellent, the rooms were nice and clean. We wanted to extend our stay and they had no rooms left in the Motel so they offered us a room at the Rebekah Inn (located on the same property) for a great price. The Inn was super cozy and nicely decorated. Staff was also nice and friendly.

Right on the beach, easy access rooms with outdoor amenities. So relaxing and staff was always smiling and ready to assist.

Clean rooms with kitchenette supplied with everything needed for cooking. It has good size fridge, microwave and electric cooktop. Very close to the beach. Friendly staff.

Very noisy, you can everyone from outside or the room next to you. My room was tiny

The location is awesome. It was close to everything within walking distance. The staff was polite and helpful. The room was just the right size. Checking in and out were easy. We will be back there.
We had nothing to complain about. Everything was great.

Breakfast should have had prepackaged items vs a cut-up coffee cake on a plate. Did not find this to be samitary. Great beach location.
Have never been in a hotel that asks their guests to tip the housekeeping staff as I assume they are paid for the work they are doing.

The staff was friendly and amazing! Very helpful.
One of the comforters had dry blood stains on it which was gross and don’t understand how the staff didn’t see it when they put it on the bed. The rugs were filthy, noticed our feet turned black on the bottoms from the rug. It cost us $1,000 for 3 nights and 4 days. Just dont think it was worth the price.
