The room was clean and spacious with newer mattresses. Loved having a cabinet to put food away and a table with 4 chairs to eat at. We loved the salt water heated pool. It was so clean and relaxing!

The drain in the tub was a little slow and would get a little backed up. I would have to put the shower on low to let it drain.

Friendly, professional staff. Very organized and simple check in. Room and common areas are very clean! You could tell there have been recent updates to the rooms, and care is taken keeping it look fresh. Microwave and mini fridge in the room. Location was perfect, right on the beach. Proximity to the pier, etc was conveniently close (less than 10 min walk) but just far enough to not be bothered by the sounds of it all. Great deal, probably the best in the area. Would 100% stay here again.

It's a great motel/small hotel, and my comparisons to the surrounding options make it clear that this one is probably one of the best in the area and excels at everything I would expect from lodging in this area/at this price point, etc. So keeping that in mind if I had to say anything negative... it's certainly not the Four Seasons; don't expect a 5 Star Hotel. But definitely select this place if you're looking around this beach.

Last minute travel..owner was nice. Room was nice compared to most beach motels! Was given a beautiful view of the ocean. And a heated pool . We will be coming back.

The bed was super comfortable. Shower was nice and hot with good water pressure. Close enough to walk out to the beach at sunrise. Two rooms to rest and relax.

Price was increased for the Columbus Day weekend, even though it's October and everything closed for off-season. Parking was a bit tricky and tight. Got last spot, came back late.

Room 20 is totally not right. Needs to be remodeled, more user friendly. Kitchenette setup would be so much better.

Excellent customer service checkin & checkout. Great proximity to beach and center of town. Room was very clean & comfortable 👌 will definitely recommend to friends & family. Will definitely return!!!

The location is perfect,right on beach, the owner JJ is a awesome guy , felt very welcoming and, sunrises cannot be beat , will be booking for next summer, cannot wait .

Only complaint was a little bit of rain last morning of the stay , but that’s uncontrollable

I've stayed in 5 stars hotels in vegas, times square, florida, italy, egypt and this is one of the most expensive and most regulated I've ever seen. the garbage in the room we need to put it out was the absurdity of I've ever seen in a hotel that charges 450 a day , and there's have a broom in the room so if you get something dirty I have to clean it... they said due covid service not every day only after 3rd day, they charge 25 dollars is you loose the tv control batteries..lol…I paid 2 nights 900 dollars, I stayed 2 hours and I came back home… also parking lot extremely tight shared with motel next door.. this is my family opinion my experience

The room was big, clean, staff was friendly.

No cable tv, WiFi was horrible, pool was very small, parking was overbooked and way too tight, shower kept turning off while in it, no drop box for keys or remotes, would not accommodate early check in and I did not see a spa tub.

Ocean view. The back of the Motel parking lot leads right to the beach. It’s a 5 minute walk to the Pier. Right near everything. Staff was available and helpful at all times. We will stay here again.
