Great location close to Norreport station with direct train link to airport. Our room 256 was very spacious, comfortable and quiet despite being directly above the street corner. Staff were very attentive and lovely.

Very expensive hotel with some features eg. bathroom needing improvement (eg. shower door) - we have stayed in hotels which were also historic and older than Ibsens and they were able to remodel the bathrooms to be more efficient and comfortable to use. Breakfast, although good quality, could have had greater variety, given the price.

The lift was constantly busy and used also by the cleaning and maintanance staff which means long waits

The hotel is situated in a quiet center near the parks and very close to the historic centre, it is a gem for travelers looking for a hotel close to the public transport and old city together with the silence of a residential area. We rented bikes at the hotel and had a great sightseeing opportunity, I highly recommend using this service.

The hotel was very central to the train station. The afternoon friends hour was nice. The staff was very helpful.

During the week we never had hot water in the shower, only lukewarm. there are door steps that were easy to hit our toes on. the walk-in bathrooms were small and set up strangely so everything got wet while showering

Restaurants and cafes nearby. Room clean and comfortable. Helpful and friendly reception staff. Reception/ lounge area was a good place to relax and enjoy a coffee/ beer

We had an issue with the shower-the pressure was very low so it took forever to take a shower and the drainage was the worst. Even when you were done with the shower there was still a few cm of water on the floor flooding the entire bathroom as the drainage system didn’t work. It took about 10 min for all the water to go down after each shower, which was even more inconvenient when it’s more than one person showering.

Hygge room and cozy hour 5-6 pm with a free drink everyday, a very nice courtyard, and a bike rental. Also, very fast and reliable wifi.

I was not a fan of an open shower concept and an old toilet.

The bed was a little soft for me personally, but others in it group found it very comfortable.

Small corner room. Worst bed I have ever had in my life - for 2 people it was small and very uncomfortable - it was too soft in the middle - so you end up rolling from the edges to the center. We've asked reception if it can be fixed - they only added one extra soft mattress, which didn't solve the problem.

location was perfect. walked all over the city from here. bedroom good size with a little office/ dressing area. Lovely idea to have Cozy hour where all guests get together and are invited to have one drink each. Very clean. Only downside was that this was the only place in the whole of Copenhagen where my Revolut visa card was not accepted causing me to have to pay extra over seas cost fir using my other credit card. no problems using it anywhere else. Also no offer from staff to refund the costs or give an explanation.

The staff are really friendly and there is a comfy seating area beside reception where they hosted a 'happy hour' each day from 5 to 6pm. The breakfast was excellent - a good selection of both hot and cold food. Amazing coffee!

The bathroom was a wet room with a shower curtain - functional though. Our second floor room was above the restaurant kitchen so there was a lot of noise from about 10 to 11.30pm from below, not only the kitchen but then the cleaning.

The staff was perfect and very helpful. Amazing breakfast that I was looking forward too everyday. And the location of the hotel was perfect too, right near beautiful lakes where I could go for nice morning run.
