The room was lovely, very large, and with a balcony with views over Lake Geneva

Air conditioning didn’t work very well, but we had big windows so it wasn’t a pprblem’

The staff were cool. They know they work in a slum and are apologetic and very helpful. Stop by to say hello to them but do NOT stay in this hotel.

I was so ripped off.. got the suite and overpaid. Was the worse maintained room I have seen. Just needs a complete refit. There was no hot water on the first night and it took 10 minutes of running the tap to get some warm water. The sofa in the "suite" was uncomfortable. Just a horrible hotel. The owners are clearly not investing in the property and just using it for cashflow.

The facilities in the room were a bit ruined , the shower was broken, it looks like there is no maintenance. I felt cheated because the charged me extra for the parking, it was very expensive, and it should be included. Breakfast was also very poor.
