No air con. Noisy ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Surrounding area is run down’ not a lot to see or do.

Easy handover of keys for apartment. Room numbers very confusing at first.

The staff were amazing and tried to accommodate to my needs as much as possible. Apartment was a perfect size, with all facilities needed.

Oven and microwave weren’t clean, three times I must come to reception to ask for a sheet.

getting the key card was easy just like any hotel.

free wifi access is a little dated and in todays day and age, i find it a little insulting to have to pay for access in the room. even as cheap as 2 euros a day. this is 2023.

Food was okay. They had a little snack bar by the pool!!!

Wasn’t much around but you could take a long walk to get to san blast

One of the best experiences that I have had! An awesome studio (we got lucky and were given the Cesar Manrique suite) - very clean, big, comfortable and with an appealing interior. The club premises were also great and we loved how peaceful and calm it was (in our suite, on our "terrace" and around the pool).

Really nothing - everything was more than great

The pool was nice and clean. Quiet area surrounded by the golf areas.

Was there in Jan. Pool was not heated, old furniture. WIFI for a fee I mean we are in 21 century it's not that big of an expense to be free. suitable for old people.

the reception staff were so friendly 😊

the breakfast… had to wait well over an hour for really poor food. we paid for it for a week but only went twice as it was so bad. could not get a taxi into other parts of Tenerife without a massive wait. usually an hour sometimes more. the price we paid for the week was so high, just felt like we’d been ripped off as soon as we arrived. definitely would not recommend and will not return

The people were very nice, kitchen was ok. The apartment had a lovely balcony facing the golf courses even thou was not facing the ocean. The apartment area is big. Pool areas very well treated.

The apartment was not what we thought it would be, there was no breakfast included as offer said it was included and was not resolved, either by booking or the fairways and the apartment was not updated as in the pictures. The bed in the couch was very dirty and wasn´t made, its mattress was very discusting. The hot water had lots of pressure but after 2 people showered we had to wait for more hot water. kitchen was ok.

the apartment/room was dirty, no wi-fi connection, the breakfast was very terrible (the croissant was like a gum, coffee no comment, fruit without flavor) the day we arrived we found a cup and other kitchen utensils on the floor outside the entrance.

The quietness and calmness poolside , sufficient parking , need a car as quite remote, however nice places to eat within walking distance, food onsite was lovely and staff very polite and welcoming
