Easy to find, in the town itself, was nice that the family could be together, two spacious rooms,

The apartment was not the same apartment listed in booking.com and it had one less room (no living room - the sofa bed was in the same room as one of the double beds)

It was small and really clean. Perfect for a mid week break.

The bed was a bit hard for my liking.

Location was amazing. Adorable building, great staff, great view. Warm shower. What else would you ask for really.

Thin walls and thin pillows. Cannot really change the walls of that building however. The price you have to pay for the charm.

Was very large nice room. Super comfy bed. Our kid loved the daybed. Had everything we needed. We only stayed one night but if return to Galway would love to stay there again for longer period of time.

A bit noisy outside the window due to being so central, but when closed was fine. But really, have stayed in much noisier places in other cities, so was fine.

Location was good

Rooms were not clean (found previous guest’s hairs in the bed) and smelled bad, including a terrible musty smell. The window could not be opened to alleviate this. Although it was somewhat quiet, there was a loud generator turning on and off at random intervals throughout the night that disrupted our sleep.

The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location is excellent!

A bit noisy, TV didn’t work

The location is very good indeed - right in the centre of Galway, which of course means that parking is expensive, but worth it. The breakfast was excellent, and our room was very comfortable. Staff are very welcoming indeed.

Unfortunately, at the time we stayed, the hotel lobby was being refurbished, which let to a great deal of noise and incovenience. We do appreciate these things have to be done, but it was worrying when the door leading straight upstairs to guests' bedrooms was left wide open.

The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. Room was a nice temperature and air con was available though we didn’t need it. Room was quiet - very little street noise and no noise from other guests other than the usual coming and going. Room and bathroom very clean. Towels were changed every day. Shower was really good and hot. Hand soap and hair/body wash was provided. The location was great - very central and near to bus/train station and all the main attractions.

Our room didn’t have a view, but that wasn’t an issue for us Positive to that is the relative lack of street noise.
