Staff behaviour at reception very bad

I've stayed here multiple times and have given a previous review. This is a very good hotel for the price. Sometimes the staff can be a little curt, and some of the interactions with them are not as pleasant as I'd like. However, the hotel is clean and lovely and best of all THE BUFFET ON SUNDAY IS AMAZING!!! And its very reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again.

The smoke detector was glitching and they thought we were smoking. We don't smoke at all. They woke us up in the morning at 4 am and they weren't nice about it. We had to prove we weren't smoking. I was very angry about this. Other than that, the rest of the trip was fine.

everything, the location of hotel, this is the most important for customers who own cars too much crowded cars and no parking ! not as other hotels find agood parking such as a basement or a private parking , second the reception not agood welcoming and they are not friendly at all ! waiting 20 minutes nobody shows up because the staff took a dinner break ! after long wait an Indian guy came with angery face spoken rude way , it was my first bad experience! third thing, the room I booked a non- smoking floor I checked with hotel two days before my arrival time but fortunately my room located in smoking floor, without any respect of my request!
