Идеальное местоположение. Для Венеции, где все отели с оттенком старины, а значит некоторой неидельности в вопросе ремонта, отель нам понравился. Соотношение цены и качества хорошее, персонал очень дружелюбный.

De sfeer en heel aardig personeel. Weelderige barokke aankleding met Venetiaanse mondgeblazen glazen kandelaars tegen de muren. Mooie stoffen. Schone badkamer met meer dan voldoende handdoeken, super ontbijt met heel veel soorten cakes!
Je moet even lopen vanaf het station 25 min., goed je route plannen ivm de 2 bruggen over het Canal Grande, of een watertaxi nemen. Je bent binnen 7 min op het San Marcoplein. Boek een excursie om een snelle ingang te krijgen en uitgebreid verhaal van de stad! Het is het waard, zo'n mooie stad! Strand met waterbus 1 naar Lido. Meerdere glasblazers zien dan 1? Neem de waterbus of taxi naar Murano en neem de tijd.
De warmte in juli.. als je even kan, ga in voor of naseizoen!

Fire Alarm went off at the middle of the night - though it was a false alarm, there is no technical support to reset the Alarm- As an engineer I reset the Alarm after the staff at the reception requested for help!

Location is amazing
Room is incredibly dated, which is fine as it matches the vibe of the city, but mattress is probably from 1980s. No outlets anywhere near the bed, but the worst for me is the air conditioning you can put whatever temperature on the thermostat, Temperature will not go lower than 25 degrees in reality.

We did like the fact that was close to all main attractions. And was very quiet.
Breakfast was kins of poor.The smell of the room was not great.And you must pay the water that they let in the room .In every hotel you find bootle of water per day free.

Great location, a few minutes walk from all the things to see and do. Great breakfast, though, as other reviwers have pointed out, the way it is run is a bit odd, but after the first day, we got used to it. We would stay here again.
Had a room with a canal view. The canal wasn't anything like the Grand canal! It was occassionally noisey during the night as people pushing delivery and refuse carts over the nearby bridge clattered about. The room itself was great, but not worth the extra that I paid. We would go for a lesser room next time.

we only like the people in front desk at reception they were realy helpfull provide us door services for free very smiley faces the rooms are clean and ok tv channeles were poor only italian tv we had broken remote control and in the evening the receptionist person couldn’t even change the battery
breakfast is definitly NOT intercontinental it was poor no olive no cheese variantions even italy is oil and cheese country it says its open bufet but its not for us breakfast is too important we are hungry all the time we drink tea alot but the people at the breakfast serving they were unfriendly and when i ask one more and one more tea they look like i drink too much it does not his place anyway i could not get a good breakfast as i am so shy to ask that person to give me one motr tea or one more piece of cheese etc the breakfast poor and full o f cakes this is not intercontinental breakfast

The location was great, although not easy to get there - 40 min by walk or 20 by ferry / walk (the ferry is incredibly expensive - €9 per person and it was only 1 stop, no discount for kids - age 6 and 8).
Once there - everywhere is close 😁
The decor is as per pics - you have to like the style, we usually prefer more modern feel - but we enjoyed it. It’s very climatic 🙂

I was a bit disappointed with the toiletries choice - was expecting a bit more from a 4* hotel - I think they should add shampoo (and conditioner, but at least shampoo).

The hotel is in a very good location and close to Piazza San Marco. The rooms were clean. The staff was kind and helpful.
The rooms are very dated. Breakfast wasn’t great for Italian standards.

Location was great. Easy walk to San Marco. They even had a boat service from airport to the hotel. Did not use because we were not coming from the airport.
The room was very Venezian. It was very cold in Venice so having 3 heaters in the room kept it very comfortable.
Breakfast was good but awkward. Seemed like Covid hangover with the staff putting food on your plate from a buffet line. Kind of hard to know what you want to eat if you cant see it. If might as well do table service with eggs to order. Would eliminate the people wondering around my table trying to figure out how to get food.
