nice view from the balcony, good location to be central, easy walk to the near Palma nova and lots of nice restaurants and bars in that area. staff very friendly and helpful

lots of noise from nearby guests which can’t be helped, due to the area of magaluf. probably more suited to party types. Also lots of noise from seagulls outside the hotel room

wifi service was unstable and pretty poor

really loved how the hotel was on the beach and near the night life. The breakfast was delicious and was not expecting a full size feast. we had an amazing view of the ocean.

the bed needs to be one full size bed and not 2 twin size beds pushed together. the bathroom shower set up was awful as the floor always flooded. the AC unit was loud and had trouble sleeping at night due to the noise.

the sea view from the room was fantastic. nice balcony but very open. no privacy from neighbors. good breakfast. nice staff. an elevator take you directly to the beach from the pool area. I rented car in 4 days and was lucky to get a parking space on the hotels private parking. my booking from booking.com offered free parking otherwise it is 15 euro pr day. our cleaning lady was very good and helpful. you can get free beach/pool towels in reception. the pool is small but with a fantastic sea view.

I like everything. good 4 star hotel. but people with walking difficulties should not go here. the hotel is located up hill when you come from city/ shopping area or buss. and could give problems.

Stayed here with my mum (29& 53) great location, close enough walk to the main strip but not in the loudness of it all. hotel lovely and clean with great facilities, it even had a lift so you had easy access straight onto the beach! breakfast was as lovely and we found every single member of staff friendly and helpful. will definitely be staying here again.

Wonderfully located by the beach. Beautiful views day and night. Rooms are well kept and comfy. Hot showers and great water pressure. Breakfast buffet is varied and ample. Friendly and helpful staff.

Not a big fan of Magaluf in general. A little trashy. Few good restaurants within walking distance. Parking can be an issue if you don’t reserve through the hotel quick.

we liked everything, the room, the beachfront view, also the breakfast was good, and we liked a lot that there’s an elevator to take you directly to the beach.

Bad review, for one reason and one reason only. The staff including the manager at the restaurant tell you off filling up your water bottle at a designated water filling machine. Which even says on it "thank you for stopping plastic pollution". Really do not understand why at every single meal time we were told off for using this water machine, which the hotel itself have put there. Absolutely poor and hideous service and looks to me like total green washing. Pathetic wohld not recommend to anyone. Plus the rooms are dated, pool area is tiny with not a lot of sunbeds, and loud construction noise in the hotel very early in the morning.

Hotel was a disaster i stayed 4 days and from moment i arrived and tryed to take a shower the shower was broken ,you couldnt set for a warm shower it was either super hot which burned me as i tryed to take showe when i arrived ,or super cold -broken, water drain in shower was not working so my room flooded all the way out to hallway of the hotel ,and they never did anything they just ignored that i had to sleep in flooded room,it is beyond me what i went thru ,i have never seen a hotel this bad and i would like a refund but they are so ignorant!!! Never fixed ,menager made i a joke that i should take a shower on the beach after i paid 400 euro for my stay !!! Heating was broken and night time was cold they couldnt supply me with a duvet ,they said they dont have any !!! Pool dirty every day ,staff around the pool falling a sleep frok boredom while bird feces was all ocer the pool chairs and rest ! My room door was not locking it was broken too so all my belongings stayed in my room where anyone could just walk in at any time whyle i was sleeping or if i was out ,cleaning staff never once cleaned room or changed towels . Breakfast was a sad ordeal as well but defenetely not worth any money !!!! Only good thing is that it is on the right on the beach and the view but definetely not worth the money ,i had to use my friends other hotel to take shower after paying for my stay in my hotel which just doesent have any proper facilities to use .it just looks nice but AVOID !!!!! I have a video of the disaster of the room but i cant upload a video here i will send it on to booking.com maybe they can do something !
