Fabulous family hotel, lovely pool area, wonderful views, comfortable beds and a great breakfast. Food at The Bow restaurant could have been better but was fine.

Did not enjoy our stay here. If you are looking for an authentic Mallorca experience don’t stay here. This resort is good for if you are only looking to stay on property and enjoy there pool area.. area around the resort is also very limited, restaurants etc are very touristy type.

This was the most fantastic hotel. Stunning views and perfect location as it is walking distance to everything you need. The hotel was immaculately clean and the reception staff gave us such a lovely greeting. Most importantly the breakfast was the best I have ever had, so much selection and perfectly cooked. Can't wait to go again.

The staff are polite and courteous. The hotel has a very relaxed vibe. The cleaners are great, my room was spotless throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was really good with a wide selection of food. Overall a very good 4 star hotel in a great location. I would definitely return.

A really nice hotel, stayed slightly off-season so was quiet and peaceful, really friendly and professional staff. Comfortable and modern decor throughout, lovely bar, great spa - and wonderful views.

The staff at the Elba Sunset was absolutely wonderful. They went above and beyond to make every aspect of our stay excellent. The hotel has incredible views with an amazing pool deck and outdoor eating area. Highly recommend and look forward to returning!

Fitness, Nice Room with sea view in first row, dinner with fresh grilled mead & pasta a huge lovely buffet morning and evening…yes sunset view☀️ & pool, lovely drinks from the bar live Music in evening🌸 love to come back🌿

The hotel is absolutely fabulous with tastefully decorated, contemporary rooms, extremely comfy beds and excellent panoramic views. The staff for the most part are very professional and hardworking. Unfortunately, during my stay they were understaffed and this had minor ramifications, eg, dirty plates were not cleared from tables efficiently at breakfast time. The only other negative point I would mention is the fact that housekeeping starts at 8am after which time it’s impossible to continue sleeping. These factors, however, do not detract from the overall hotel experience which was excellent.

Excellent property, nice view to the sea, the breakfast and dinner buffets were very good, plenty of options of good food.

Nice enough hotel but overpriced for what it is. Better 4 star options availability at half the price. Horrible food. Really bland and poor quality meat. Also alot off ants all over the bedroom floor. Staff not very helpful. No hotel entertainment. Cocktails were good and reasonably priced. Overall i would say its just about a 4 star hotel not anything more. Probably wouldn't stay again because there are much better options available.

Super hotel with an amazing view! The rooms are quiet and well isolated from the noise outside, AC to cool down for the night.

We had a lovely couple of days here. Drinks are reasonable as is the food. Not far to walk to the main towns. Very clean comfy beds. We’ve left behind our airpods but trying to get those back atm. Let’s see if life is kind 😁

The hotel was good, but not a place for kids . The children used the public swimming pool dat is not good . Public beds in the yard have been occupied by people since the night before. This was not good at all.

everything was great except the fact that the AC wasnt working because as they mentioned in reception it was still winter time for them therefore AC was not an option

Fabulous hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly. Hygiene was strictly adhered to. Breakfast was fine but after a few days became a tad boring but good quality food. Lunches were amazing! Looking forward to returning .

Our clothes, towels, sunscreen and camera were taken at the pool. It’s a shame because we were looking forward to this trip only for it to be tainted by some petty theft. We feel the hotel personnel handled the situation very poorly (in particular, Fabrizio) and tried to distract us from the situation by complimenting our “beautiful eyes” and offering us a free glass of wine. It felt very inappropriate. He also violated our privacy when he decided to speak about our situation with another guest who he claims to be a regular, without our permission, but would not reveal who this person was to us. Although there are surveillance cameras, no one could offer us a solution about what to do in regards to our missing belongings. They would not allow us to see the surveillance cameras either. We did get our clothes back but that was all that was supposedly found. I hate that this took away from our experience. Going forward, it was difficult to relax at the hotel as we were constantly wondering who stole from us. Be warned that even when lounging by the pool, your simple belongings will not be safe when “regulars” are around. Our last day upon checkout, we asked reception to call us a taxi to take us to the airport since that is the only way to get there. The receptionist laughed at us and said they were having difficulties with the taxi service that day and suggested we start walking with our luggage. It would be hard for us to ever want to stay at the Elba Hotel again.

This is a new hotel, however apart from the teething issues there are some serious issues with the family rooms. The Toilet doors are partial to start with, as in open from the top and the was area is open plan with translucent glass. I mean it is literally open plan, so unless you eat roses for dinner, do not use these toilets, use the ones outside or be ready to face some bacterial friends floating in your bedroom. The alignment of the shower floor is also in such a way that it is angled towards the room rather than the outlet, which means as much skirting you don on the door, the water flows into the bedroom, we had to call the reception multiple times for this. I do not want to mourn too much but there are also issues with replacing the tea tray items and toiletries, they had to be reminded multiple times to replace, may be they are trying to do some serious cost savings, don't know. There is no room service and the aisle area on the ground floor can also get very tightly packed due to limited ventilation and get very stinky, I think the hotel then opens the doors on the either side to get rid of the stench.

All brand new very clean great location not a massive issue but no cash so room billing or credit card payment at the bar

Location - Close to the strip but quiet with beautiful views.
