地理位置还行，房间还算干净，厕所翻新过，洗澡水很大，厨房还算使用方便，从房间可以看到海。泳池露天景色优美。

酒店位置上下坡很多，最麻烦的就是停车，基本上停车处都要走上下坡10-15分钟，房间设施有点旧，但是工作人员态度很奇怪，即不能说很友好也不算态度差。周围都是酒吧餐厅，喝多了的人很多，酒店不是直接在沙滩上，需要步行🚶‍♀️

Die dauernde Berieselung Musik am Pool war lästig bis unangenehm. Da Die Musik von acht bis 11:00 Uhr recht laut war und im Zimmer nicht zu überhören war.

Хамовита молода жінка на ресепшені, відсутність елементарних капців чи халату в номері, кухня була в номері але можливості помити посуд не було. На барі можна брати тільки безалкогольні напої навіть якщо ти платиш за all-inclusive. Готель позиціонує себе як 4 зірковий, але це і близько не 3 зірки, бо навіть в трьох зіркових готелях є капці і більш привітний персонал! Платиш за все включено, отримуєш не те бо за все потрібно доплачувати, напої не можна брати більше 3 за прийом їжі, то за що я платила? Ох і звісно будьте готові що навіть якщо ви заплатите за вид на море вас поселять на 2 поверсі біля басейну і вам доведеться йти і просити поміняти номер. Нікому не рекомендую і більше не повернуся.

La struttura gode di un'ottima vista sul mare come si vede dalle foto. Sul piano piscina e ristorante si può godere un'ottimo panorama con la possibilità di gustare un drink o semplicemente sdraiarsi sui lettini molto comodi a bordo piscina e ammirare il cielo stellato e la luna. L'hotel si trova in una posizione tranquilla e sileziosa a pochi passi dalla via principale di Magaluf dove ci sono i vari locali. Cosa importante, gli asciugamani ci venivano cambiati ogni giorno.

L'unico aspetto che ho gradito meno è stato il forte sbalzo di temperatura all'interno dell'albergo. Nelle aree comuni faceva davvero freddo come anche nella zona ristoro. Migliorerei anche la pulizia nelle camere dove il divano posto nel salotto della nostra stanza era visibile qualche macchia e quindi risultare sporco.

La ubicació és perfecta per passar un cap de semana per Palmanova, si no et vols moure molt de la zona. Molt a prop hi ha el passeig, la platja i restaurants o de tot tipus. Ideal per un cap de setmana d'amigues. A més té molt bones vistes.

L'hotel és senzill però suficient pel que necessitavem.

Location was perfect, 2 minute walk to the beach ,restaurants and bars. Hotel was always clean and staff were always friendly.

The hotel and food were wonderful. The sea views were amazing. The beach was close and exceptional.

A lot of things are not as advertised online, this is not a hotel room, it is apartment suites behind the main hotel, kinda like aidrbnb. No parking, smaller rooms, small balconies, €15 per person for breakfast which is insane.

one of the receptionists wasn’t polite/helpfull. I didn’t like her behaviour, when I needed towels, key for the safe and on my checkout to find the bus stop to the airport.

Location is nice, right between the two beach areas. Included breakfast is quite good.

Staff. Arrogant, unhelpful and unwilling to be, borderline rude. I thought it was about me, but it turns out that’s how they treat all the guests. Yes, it turns out tourists on Mallorca are not exactly the brightest kind, but it’s not the reason to treat everyone as if they were planning on throwing furniture out of the window. The floor where we lived apparently had quite a history of leakages. In fact, something was leaking in the corridor while we were there. Their solution? Put a blanket on the paddle. So in the evenings the smell in the corridor was terrible. And because it was apparently not the first flood in the history of this hotel, the cupboards and all the dishes inside smelled the same. For the price of almost €200/night this is the worst experience in a hotel I’ve ever had. If you have a choice, just don’t choose this one.
