I loved the location. And I loved that it was very clean.

No views but that is not the hotel’s fault, just the way the building was.

No proper window, what was described as a courtyard was in fact just a square of concrete. It would appear from our experience that booking.com always seem to be allocated the least attractive rooms!

The room was really spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was really complete, the staff were excellent and the location is perfect to reach a lot of the main attractions walking.

I've stayed in Hotel Dimar 3 times over the past few years, so I can say that the quality of the service is not as good as it used to be, especially since the price is almost double. There were some negative points. While in city center I called the hotel to send me a taxy, since I couldn't reach it by myself by phone or app, and the reception just hung up on me. Note: there are taxy drivers always available just outside the hotel door, so it was an easy task. The breakfast was very crowded and the staff wasn't able to fill in the missing drinks, glasses, sweets, bread, etc in time. Sometimes we finished breakfast before the missing items had the chance to arrive. The rooms were generally very clean, but sometimes we had to wait till 5 pm to get them cleaned, which was in the way of our afternoon siesta.

Slightly far from city center but in a walking distance. It has been renovated and some areas have not yet completed.

One of tbe lifts was being refurbed, so we had to use the service lift ' 7th Floor. No bar or coffee area as closed due to buildng work. Very poor design fo room bathroom - glass door only and gap all round - no Privacy at all!

Really everything I expected. Clean, spacious, new. About 5 minute walk from Colon metro station and 2 min walk from bus stops. Bed was very comfortable and coffee amenities fair. I would recommend this hotel to a friend.
