The swimming pool area

The room was old and smelt bad - not sure if the walls are old or the bed cover had a very funny smell. I did book a double room, and at the time of the check in I was told that there were none available as the hotel was fully booked - so they gave me a twin room on the 5th floor. Once I went to the room ( which smells really funny) I went back to the reception and complained to them and requested to be given a double room with a double bed. First I was told that the hotel is fully booked, then suddenly one room available appears (305) which I was asked to see if it was suitable and in case I could have swap with mine. Went to 305, which it is a size of a shoe box. So I went back to my twin room. Not happy at all with the hotel as I ve intentionally booked a double room, was in Seville for Business and wanted to sleep as I did pay for a double room. Also, the breakfast is overrated. The hotel works a lot with groups, and little with FIT travellers. The bfast was excelling as much as they say on the Booking hotel reviews. Unfortunately not happy.

Tutto, incredibilmente sporco, la camera non solo fatiscente .. mobilio da buttare e il pavimento non solo sporco ma veramente i marciapiedi della città sono più puliti !!

Ottima posizione, in 15 min a piedi si raggiungono tutti i punti di interesse, la piscina è in ottima posizione per godere del panorama e dei bellissimi tramonti

Purtroppo il parcheggio è costoso e non sempre disponibile

방음이 좀 안되는거같아요 방, 복도에서 담배냄새가 꽤 많이 났습니다. 장기로 숙박한다면 많이 거슬렸을거같아요.

Todo estuvo perfecto

Boa localização. Pequeno almoço com bastante variedade e sempre prontamente reposto. Bastante organizado apesar de ter muitos grupos.

Insonorização do quarto péssima. As paredes eram finas como papel, ouvia-se tudo dos outros quartos e corredor. Quando o quarto ao lado tomava banho, parecia que estava dentro do nosso de tal que era o barulho. Muitos grupos de jovens no Hotel, pelo que era muita confusão e ruído. Parecia uma pousada da juventude. Rececionistas pouco prestáveis, nunca responderam às mensagens enviadas. Aquando confrontados sobre o barulho, culparam os grupos quando o problema vem do isolamento sonoro do próprio Hotel.

La limpieza deja mucho que desear, el colchon tremendamente incómodo (de muelles), demasiado antiguo.

Ein sehr großes gut geführtes Hotel - im Sommer ist die wunderbare Dachterrasse mit Pool sicher ein Highlight - große Lounge, Frühstücksraum und Konferenzräume - gehobene Ausstattung - nicht das allermodernste. Sehr freundliches Personal. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Exccellent emplacement. Juste un peu bruillant le soir et la nuit. Excellent petit déjeuner. Personnel accueillant et très professionnel. Nettoyage de la chambre chaque jour.

The room was big and clean, with a baby crib.

The room was faced to the street and the noise was terrible, from the garbage collector trucks in the night to the buses very early in the morning. There isn't soundproof at all. Avoid the rooms facing the street

My room was very clean and quite comfy. I was able to leave the luggage in the storage before the check-in and after check-out which was super handy. Lovely swimming pool and bar on the rooftop.

My room was located on the 1st floor and window were facing an internal courtyard so in result it was very dark. I was woken up by cleaners having a noisy chat outside of my room every single day.

A good location not too far from the historic centre, good breakfast as expected, very nice swimming pool on the rooftop with panorama to the city, clean and well maintained room.

Nothing special, but just to know, most of the rooms looks to narrow inner yards or a very narrow street, but it is quiet. The street side, I suppose, is noisy.

Well situated in the city centre close to places of interest and had a rooftop pool that provided space to relax after a busy day of site seeing. Very clean and exceptionally good value.

rooftop bar didn't open but perhaps that was because it was low season.
