Nicely furnished, luggage locker available whenever you want and in good location, super friendly staff
Human feces on a toilet brush in every room that were shown to us, fungus on a shower ceiling in “upgraded” double room, for sure the walls aren’t soundproofed as stated in description

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns bei allem geholfen. Die Lage ist für Bilbao perfekt! Im Umkreis findet man alles was man braucht. Bars, Apotheke, Lebensmittel, Restaurants und Bahnhof alles fußläufig erreichbar. Preis Leistung Super!

Er is geen 24uurs receptie. Beetje lastig soms als je eerder weg wilt etc.

Ubicación cercana al centro andando (también a la polémica calle Francisco, pero sin problema), con el parking Zabalburu bajando la cuesta, aunque también cuentan con un parking algo más económico previa reserva. Habitación bonita, nueva, cómoda y con secador, aire acondicionado y hasta plancha de mano. No tiene ascensor pero es asumible. Check-in cómodo y rápido. Buen precio, bastante más competitivo que los demás para ser un lunes en Bilbao. Lo recomendaría y volvería.

A notre arrivée la chambre était rempli de petits papillons, ma fille n'a quasiment pas dormi car cela la gênait. nous l'avons signalé à notre arrivée sans qu'une solution adéquate soit proposée. parking payant à proximité très cher.

Eu fiquei na acomodação que tinha cama grande, os lençóis eram bem confortáveis, internet e chuveiro funcionam muito bem. O funcionário da recepção foi muito educado e me ajudou bastante com informações do Onibus público p chegar lá e ir pra SAN Sebastián depois. Tem um espaço bom p acomodar as malas, ferro de passar, cabides, secador, e chaleira p fazer chá e café com bolachas Maria.
Não tem elevador, se a pessoa tiver muita bagagem ou alguma restrição física pode ser complicado.

La habitación era muy cómoda y bonita. No había ruidos, la cama muy cómoda. Todo muy limpio.

Hotel reformado con una decoración moderna y muy bonita.
La chica que nos atendió en recepción fue muy amable y nos dio indicaciones de todo lo que nos hizo falta.
En la habitación te dejan agua, galletas y un hervidor y lo necesario para hacerte un café.
Hay sitios cerca para desayunar y comer o cenar.
Está cerca de la Alhóndiga y a unos 20-30 minutos del centro y la zona del Guggenheim.
No tiene ascensor, aunque sólo tiene 3 plantas y pocos escalones entre una y otra

I git really lucky with a good deal and didn’t know it until I got to the hotel. It s gorgeous boutique hotel design and has everything you need. I wish ou could stay longer. Ruben at the reception was a god send !

Comfortable walking distance from Casco Viejo and from the Guggenheim museum.
No possibility of breakfast, it was the only minus.

The biggest advantage of this booking, it was really silent through the night as they close the doors that separate the segments, room was looking nice ant it was clean. Location is good close to the city center
There were moths in the room, I would say lots. Also there was a coffee machine but no coffee, it would help also to point at the first floor there is a lobby at the second floor.

Great located. They have some lockers that you can use while it's time to check in or even after the check out. The rooms are so comfortable and cozy with some free snacks/coffee and tea, I can't complain... We love this hotel.

The rooms are great! The beds are really comfy.
The stairs. There’s no lift/elevator. But the desk clerk offered to help us with our luggage.

Convenient place, 15 mins walking distance from the centre. Modern furniture and Netflix.
The room was a bit dark, we were in 101 that only had a tiny window.

Car Parking in the open close by which was easy to park in and reasonable for a big city (20 euros). We didn’t use the official park, we just used that, it was great.
Could walk to everything, it is a central location.
The great design is looking a little tired now but not too much, as long as you’re ready for that, it’s beautiful!
