Questo famoso edificio di lusso a due torri con vista sull'oceano si trova nella zona di Crescent Beach a 1625 S. Ocean Blvd. offre un fiume pigro di 200 piedi, una piscina di fronte all'oceano di 110 piedi, una piscina coperta riscaldata in inverno, una piscina per bambini, 2 vasche idromassaggio di grandi dimensioni con vista sull'oceano e una palestra / palestra. Questo complesso non è un hotel e tutte le unità sono di proprietà privata di singoli proprietari.

Hanno una cucina completamente attrezzata con una dispensa, forno a microonde di nuova costruzione (1/2019), nuovo forno radiante (1/2019), bar per la colazione, ripiani in granito e pavimenti in piastrelle di ceramica.
C'è una zona pranzo separata con vista sull'oceano laterale e il soggiorno con vista diretta sull'oceano ha porte scorrevoli in vetro che conducono a un balcone di fronte all'oceano di 27 piedi. C'è un televisore a schermo piatto da 32 "e un lettore Blu-ray nel soggiorno. Il balcone ha un tavolo e sei sedie dove è possibile rilassarsi godendosi la brezza dell'oceano e ascoltando i suoni dell'oceano.
La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size, un bagno privato con vasca idromassaggio da giardino, doccia separata e doppio lavandino. C'è una porta scorrevole in vetro che conduce al balcone con vista sull'oceano dove è possibile ammirare le spettacolari albe e tramonti. La seconda camera ha due letti matrimoniali. La terza camera ha un re e nella quarta camera ci sono due letti matrimoniali. C'è un divano letto matrimoniale per ulteriore spazio per dormire. La terza e la quarta camera da letto (Jack e Jill) hanno un bagno che le collega. Ogni camera ha il proprio televisore a schermo piatto da 32 ". This 4 bedrooom condo was one of the best I have rented. It had enough beds for all of our family and was a large unit. We were right on the beach and had 3 pools if we just wanted take the kids swimming, very nice place!

Dennis and Michele are wonderful to rent from. We rented their condo in the South Tower last summer. If you have a problem they take care of it immediately. Cresent Towers is a great place to stay in North Myrtle. Our only complaint is check in. Almost everyone is trying to check in at 3:00 and there are only 2 elevators in the North Tower making the process a nightmare.

Nice property, well appointed and clean. Lots of support staff and security working at condos at all hours. Beach location is nice as it is right beside the banana boats and parasail location. Condo could use updated appliances but other than that, we had no complaints.

The condo was really nice. A few things need updating but the condo was nice and comfy. They have a greatly supplied kitchen . Michele and Dennis were a dream to deal with. Communication was great.

This property has a great location. Eight of us shared the condo and there was room for all of us. 4th of July the balcony was a great spot to watch the fireworks up and down the beach.

The property is lovely. The lazy river, outdoor pool, hot tubs, and indoor pool for inclement weather made this the perfect place for us particularly with children. There were a few places to eat, a Beach bargain store within walking distance. It is also located next to the parasailing in banana boat water sports.
We did have two family members parasail. We could watch them from the balcony.

We had three families with three kids. The four bedroom unit met our needs perfectly. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes and cookware. The host was very prompt in replying to any questions that I had prior to the trip and also once we were on site.

Property was clean and a great location. We were 4 couples celebrating 40 years of togetherness. Great place to relax and talk about old times and just catch up. The 4 bedroom condo was just right with enough space for all. Had no problem with communicating with the owners. They were quick to respond and accomidated any of my request. They went beyond. Only thing i would suggest would be a keyless entry. Mailing keys in the mail had me a bit apprehensive. They did make sure i got them on time. Would definitly recommend the condo and the owners!!

This is a great, reasonably priced place in Crescent Shores. It is roomy and functionally furnished. The kitchen had everything you'd need to cook your own meals. But the best part is the large balcony overlooking the ocean! The owner of this vacation rental responded quickly to any questions I had and kept me well informed of the status of upgrade and maintenance projects that were finishing up during my April stay. It was a pleasure to work with her!

The condo was a great for our family of 8. Very well cared for, kitchen well stocked and rooms large enough that we didn't feel cramped. We had an issue with one of the tubs not draining. I contacted the owner, and it was taken care of that day. Highly recommend it.

Great Property
We traveled with three families and had plenty of room to spread out in the condo. Three bathrooms was great for 11 people. Condo was perfect! The storage closet outside the condo for sandy items was a great bonus as well. The only critique I would have is the range heats unevenly and made cooking a bit challenging but we were still able to make due with it.

The condo was clean and well supplied with dishes and utensils. The mattress were a little uncomfortable and a bigger TV in living room would be a good addition, but overall we all totally enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again..

December Vacation
We stayed here for a few days after Christmas. The view and location are great, the place is spacious, and unit was clean. The check in process could be brought to 2022 with an electronic lockbox and a few of the beds are not comfortable. But we would stay again and the place is better than the pictures.

Family vacation with Florida friends for a couple of days
The condo was very spacious and luxurious. We would recommend to friends and family. Loved the pool for our 8 year old granddaughter, spend many hours there. Hosts were very communicative which was reassuring. We knew the neighborhood prior to booking as we owned a condo close by years ago. Wish we didn't have to leave!

Issue with cleanliness, smoke detectors and broken ceiling fan.
We really enjoyed this place, it was spacious, it accommodated us 3 families comfortably. Our issue was that the cleaning crew does not really clean for the arrival of guests. We had to clean and dust off every piece of furniture (we have pictures), the dirty linens from the previous guests were sitting right by the front door by the time we arrived at 6:00pm that evening. The other big issue for us is that all the smoke detectors did not work, they had been taken off the wall and put to the side, we then put them back on the wall, the battery started beeping because they all had dead batteries. When we contacted the owner, they asked is we can pick up batteries to replace them and we were to be reimbursed. Sorry but this is their responsibility, that’s why there are additional fees when we paid the rental rate.
One last thing, one of the bedrooms (the one that shares the small bathroom) had a ceiling fan that when you turned it on it looked like it was going to fall off the ceiling. We found out it had a missing blade that was sitting inside a closet. The imbalance of the fan posed a safety hazard for the guests sleeping in that bedroom.
Other than that, we loved the view from the 7th floor!

Great place for a family vacation
The owners are very easy to deal with and respond promptly to any of my inquiries. I loved not having to go through a property office when we arrived but the building is a bit dated and one elevator was broken. So it took us about two hours to get our stuff up in the unit because there was a huge line waiting for one elevator to check in. This is a large building with 18 floors and only two elevators so even when both were working it was a challenge. The condo unit itself is perfectly equipped with all you need for a nice week. The appliances were modern and good quality as well as the kitchen utensils. We did quite a bit of cooking while there and had no issues whatsoever. The view is spectacular and we spent many hours out on the large balcony. We tried all of the pools and they all were great. The beach is large with good sand and the water is so amazing! We look forward to returning in the future.

This condo was absolutely amazing! Everything from the listing was accurate. The pictures listed on VRBO of this condo do it no justice and exceeded our every expectation. It was very clean and easy to get to. We will definitely stay here again. The owners were very nice and responded to our questions before we arrived.

2021 Family vacation
Our family, including 5 kids (ages 17 months-7 years), and 6 adults, stayed at a 4 BR, 3 bath condo for a week. There was plenty of room for all of us to have our own space, and enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our 3 families (1 family of 5, 1 family of 4, and a couple). The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the appliances were in good condition, especially the washer/dryer which we used numerous times. The balcony was great and we were right on the ocean which was perfect for the kids. We would highly recommend this property for anyone who wants to travel to North Myrtle Beach, SC.

Summer vacation
The condo and the owners were fabulous. Communication was amazing. Cleaniness was great. Would have given a 5 star across the board except for the amenities. There were 2 pools and 3 hot tubs plus a lazy river. The only ones that were open for over half our stay was the outdoor pool and 1 hot tub. They finally opened lazy river and 1 of the other hot tubs( after half our stay was over). The indoor pool and hot tub never was opened.

Its everything we thought it would be and more, the weather was great, views of sunrises on the ocean, and Carolina seafood. We had a very comfortable and accommodating condo location. Friends couldn't ask for any better, we made the most of our 30 day visit to North Myrtle Beach.

Great location; not what I expected
I thought the location was excellent. Place was more than enough room for my family. Loved having 4 bedrooms/3 baths. With that being said, it was quite costly for a place that big. I didn’t mind the price until I walked in. It wasn’t cleaned that well...lots of trash behind night stand, bathroom rugs hadn’t been swept, toilet paper hanging from scrub brush (I took pics). I realize the owners are trusting the cleaning service so I don’t really blame them all that much. They may not know (hence this review). But what I would like the owners to do is update and offer more amenities for that price. Place seemed a little outdated. Maybe get new carpet. New paint. Just felt about 15-20 years old. Not that new feeling at all. Also felt like we should’ve been supplied with more...more blankets, enough toilet tissue, dish soap, hand soap, etc for the week. I felt like we had to grocery shop for the condo before we could shop for ourselves. Other than that, which didn’t effect our vacation memories, owners were great and we had a great time.

Great location! Roomy and Comfortable
Perfect spot for my wife and her sister’s family. We had plenty of room. Queens or Kings in each bedroom was a plus. No need for the 6’4 17yr old to squeeze into a twin. Great location. North Myrtle is much more quiet than Myrtle Beach. Owners were ver accessible and quickly answered all questions. Will look to stay here again.

Family Trip July 2019
The location of the property was great and the pools were great. The property had great security as well. The actual check in process was horrible due to the lack of carts and parking spaces to check in. It took us 90 minutes to check in. The actual condo was very spacious and had all the kitchen appliances and utensils that you need. However, improvement is needed; the carpet needs replacing in the living room, the lock on the front door is very hard to use and it really needs a deep clean as well as new sheets. The owners were wonderful to work with before our stay and during our stay. Even with these minor issues I would stay there again.
