The view was amazing. The reception staff was very helpful with all the queries. Room was kept clean and tidy everyday

Hotel was outside the main city, so commute was difficult. It would have been nice to have had a kettle to make coffee in the morning. Very small bathroom as well.

We absolutely loved the location! The scenic views coupled with Ginos and Valerie's hospitality made our stay amazing.

Room was small but fine for an overnight stay.

Beautiful and impressive view on the whole city of Nice. The room was very clean, and despite being modest in overall size, very comfortable with lots of storage space. The bathroom was very nice, with close to new appliances.

Parking spots are a little scarce. The sound of the reception and breakfast preparations were very loud in our room, sound protection was not good.

The view from the balcony was extraordinary. The room was decorated/furnished tastefully, the bed was very comfortable. The room caught the afternoon sunlight which was lovely. The breakfast in the amazing breakfast room was tasty, the owners very friendly and helpful. There is a bus which stops directly outside the hotel with which it is easy to get to the old town.

It was all good.

Owners we’re exceptional. Really warm and friendly and would go out of their way, assisting with parking for example. Old hospitality values applied to perfection, separating the experience from larger franchised hotels.

Great hotel with very friendly owners. Situated on a hill, with a private terrace allowing to chill in the evening and admire the panorama of Nice. Bus stop is in front of the hotel, but if you enjoy walking, you can easily get everywhere on foot (like we did). Clean and cozy room, tasty breakfasts. Thanks for having us and hopefully until next time!

The attention of the couple that attends is great, they are very nice people and give good recommendations for you to know the city.

When we arrived we climbed many stairs with our suitcases to get to the hotel, quite a few, in a somewhat lonely area, but there is a bus that leaves you right in front, I recommend that before arriving ask the people at the hotel to guide you.

Incredible view! the room is very nice with its our small terrace with a breathtaking view. Breakfast was also very nice and again with panoramic view!

The staff was super helpful and facilitated a self check-in as I arrived late at night. Great view from the room. Good amentities. AC worked well. Good breakfast. Staff were very helpful in briefing about the surrounding area

The property was difficult to access without a car as on the side of a hill. Had to walk down with luggage as no buses on Sunday and cabs kept cancelling.

A lovely place to stay, a real French adventure, beautiful room with a stunning view, lovely breakfast and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

My stay was really excellent but I would recommend access to the bevarages fridge ie. water, orange etc. when the reception is out of hours as it's too far to walk if one runs short and its important to have access to fluids especially when the weather is very hot.

The property was on a nice location with a good view of the city, I was served with a lovely continental breakfast in the morning. All the staff were very polite and professional, the communication was great on how to enter and exit the property
