Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta, kaikkialla. Hotelli on siisti ja hiljainen vaikka sijaitsee moottoritien vieressä. Kulkuyhteydet ovat loistavat, metro- ja linja-autoasema vieressä, n 300m. Lyhyt kävelymatka Skandinavian suurimpaan kauppakeskukseen Fieldsiin moottoritien toiselle puolella, n 500m. Taksitolppa hotellin pihassa jossa oli jatkuvasti taksi saatavilla. Lentokentälle n 7km, taksimatka edullinen n. 135DKK Kävimme konsertissa Royal Areenalla, sekin oli tien toisella puolella, n250m. Varmasti tulemme uudelleen, vaikka olisi tarkoitus vierailla Kööpenhaminan keskustassa, hotellin ympärillä paljon viheralueita ulkoiluun ja lenkkeilyyn. Ja metrolla matka keskustaan menee vartissa.

Aamupala olisi voinut olla hieman laajempi. Salaatteja olisi voinut olla enemmän. Hyvä hedelmäpöytä korjasi puutetta. Pekoni omaan makuun liian rapeaa, se on makuasia. Hyvää oli joka tapauksessa.

Veľmi pekny výhľad z izby, mali sme izbu na 15 poschodí z 25... krásna záhrada v INTERIÉRI NA RECEPCII HOTELA . Nakúpené centrum max do 5 minut od hotela. Metro stanica max 3 minuty od hotela. Výborná dostupnosť všade. Určite vrelo odporúčam :)

Det var bare alt ok

The noise was terrible. The air conditioner was too loud and you could not switch it off. could hardly sleep. Next day talked to reception they fixed something but wasn't much better

Although the location is far from city centre, there is metro (5 min walk) and also 5 min walk to FIELDS mall. The beds are very comfortable and rooms are spacious. Very close to airport.

Loved everything about the hotel. There is nothing not to like !

Well execute corporate hotel. Close to metro and rail links to airport and city centre and one metro stop from the Bella conference centre. Good breakfast.

Location is in the new souless socialist square box apartment district. The lack of character in this district makes me cry a little on the inside…

Nice hotel, high lobby, beautiful restaurant, good rooms.

1) The fitness room is bad. 2) Upon checking in, even if I had paid for breakfasts in advance, they told me otherwise. Ultimately I got it of course, as it was paid. Then when checking out, a clerk tried AGAIN to take money from breakfasts.

Hotel and room cleanliness, breakfast ( one of the best we had on a 4* hotel), confort of the bed, view from 18th floor, close proximity to both metro and railway station (5mins), the Atrium looking like a indoor botanical garden

Housekeeping service schedule seems very chaotic (we got knocks on our door 2 hours after check in and 1 hour prior check out).

Location, very accessible. Metro station is just a few steps away as well as the big shopping center.

Nothing, however, it is recommended that basic toiletries should be available in the room, though not a problem as they were provided as requested it will save time.

We had hiccups with security amount getting released. I had to followup multiple times for the same.

Metro into main part of Copenhagen was convenient. On the other hand, if hotel was located in middle of Copenhagen it would have been better !

No Elliptical in gym 🤔. Very surprised. Location was outside main area of Copenhagen.

rooms were not completely clean and I’m not sure if it was just our room but the drains were blocked in both the shower and bathroom sink upon arrival. The water would quickly fill up and would take a very long time to drain, to the point that you couldn’t wash your hands without the basin filling. We removed the plug completely but this did not help. After reporting the issue to hotel staff they assured us that this would be fixed however, after a full day in the city, we returned to the room to find it had not been addressed. whilst I realise this is not the end of the world, I don’t think it is unreasonable to expect working washing facilities or for a solution to be offered by the hotel if this cannot be fixed before the end of our stay.

Very good location near the motorway and Ørestad. Good restaurants and shopping center nearby. Spacious modern rooms with soundproofing and nice view. Very good breakfast.
