Quarto com tapetes molhados por problema no ar condicionado. Avisado os funcionários no momento que entrei no quarto, não foi arrumado, não nos trocaram de queto.

Lavamano tapado .y mucho ruido por las personas que colocan los servicios para el desayuno. Ruido de cucharas , platos .

Amabilidad del personal

Desayuno inicia desde las 07:00 horas, tarde considerando que hay vuelos a esa hora

La mala atención del personal de recepción, poco servicio al cliente. Negación en ayuda al extranjero.

A localização é excelente, próximo a várias lojas de câmbio, aos melhores restaurantes, SKY costanera.

It was in a great spot to travel to anywhere in the city. It was in a safe area and staff always at the front door. Any question asked was promptly answered. The front seat manager, Milton and staff were excellent.

Need new towels for the bathroom. One of our beds the mattress needs to be replaced,sloped to the middle.

Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. Staff were really helpful and offered us takeaway breakfast on the days we were leaving earlier than the start of breakfast. Huge room with 3 double beds. Quite a few shops and restaurants nearby.

Not much really. Maybe not the best location if you want to be in the city center but quick and easy to get taxis and public transport.

Old property, bad light and towels, uncomfortable beds, issues with drainage, there was a hairdryer that didn’t work.

I’m sick and was looking for somewhere (hotel) quite and warm with heater to recover. During my stay, the staffs are friendly. The environment is bright and the vibe is delightful. Most importantly, the room is so nice - huge space, clean bathroom with good shampoo, and the bed is super comfy. I felt so much better from my sickness after one night high quality sleep! Too bad there’s no available room for more days or I really would like to stay for longer.

I wanted to stay longer, but no luck. The hotel was too busy..And please, lactose milk for B-fast, should be out, beside the regular milk.

Very comfortable king size bed.

Perfect for us. Great neighborhood, very good breakfast, friendly, efficient staff, comfy bed, and everything was easy. I would choose it again, without a doubt.

The location is good.

Dirty rooms, unacceptable room condition and staff that take you for a fool. 1. First they gave me a room 112 on the ground floor overlooking a smoking area. So literally you see people walking in front of the bed and you either close the certains or live like in an aquarium. While I was looking around the room suddenly a man, another guest, entered the room, opening the door with a key. 2. I go back to the reception and said the room was bad and not what I booked, if I had known the room was like this - never would I have booked it. Behold - they told me it was a deluxe room! They said they didn't have another room. I asked to cancel the reservation because they cannot provide me with an appropriate room. Suddenly - they have another room! 3. Sobinoive my bag and go out. Come back in the evening and try to take shower, now it's past 21hrs, but the drain is clogged. So I go back to the reception, they send a guy who tried to unclog it but could not. The reception says there is nothing they can do at that hour. After a lot of arguing about giving guests uncleaned room (how can it be cleaned with a clogged drain?!) they promised to send someone else in 15 minutes. Half an hour later nobody came of course. 4. So I go back to the reception. And of course they don't have another room. After a lot of arguing that I'm not just renting a bed, but a room with a shower they again say there isn't another room. At that point I was fed up and wit was past 11 pm. So I said : Since you don't have a room for me you must cancel my reservation. And behold... Suddenly there is another room. I didn't want to try the third room and just booked another hotel nereby. Of course they said now that we have a room for you we cannot cancel the reservation. 5. There was another lady next to me arguing with them about her room so I know I'm not the only one. They basically give you bad rooms as "the only available" hoping you just accept it and pay.

Hotel was lovely - clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and always helpful and the location was great!

Friendly staff

Clean, comfortable rooms. Good Wi-Fi. Good breakfast. Very helpful staff - helping us with directions to get to the old town and catch the train. Close to the train and some nice places to eat. We were able to walk to the cable car (maybe 15-20 minutes away).

A bit far from the old part of town, but we caught the train there quite easily.
