The apartment is in the city center. It’s spacious and well equipped clean and comfortable. The receptionist speaks English which is sooo rare in Zaragoza!

Collecting trash would be a good idea.

The property seems refurbished, lots of windows, bigger than expected and good aircon.

The location, whilst close to the centre, is not exactly pleasant, we were warned by locals and taxi drivers to be careful at night and witnessed a few scenes of anti-social behaviour plus saw a van dumping a load of household items near the bins outside the building. Also, on our last day there was a very strong rubbish smell on the ground floor that we could not identify where it was coming from within the building, so we had to open all the windows in the stairwell to be able to breathe comfortably when going up/down. The property in general is not very well-equipped, is missing some essentials, but you get what you pay for I guess.

Well located - Ivan was friendly, helped with luggage, available and informative - excellent mattress - loads of storage space - good kitchen - clean appartement - private underground (fresher car) parking - air conditioning - sofa and TV - welcoming products upon arrival are handy

Top floor but no elevator - WiFi wasn't great - no dishwasher

Phoned Ivan as instructed and he arrived 5 minutes later. He quickly showed us to the apartment and parking. Excellent welcome with very good English. Location is superb. Only 5 minutes away from the best sites in Zaragoza and surrounded by excellent Spanish restaurants. The flat we used was on the first floor overlooking a quiet street and was very comfortable.

I suspect that the apartment we used was kept for one night stays and lacked a few items that would have been annoying if we had stayed for a longer visit. e.g. no electric kettle and very little crockery. Heating controls were baffling and we could have done with a few extra pillows and blankets for the bed. That said it was a great location and good value for money. We would definitely stay there again if visiting Zaragoza.

Good location, close to the old town. The apartment was clean, comfortable and reasonably well equipped. the reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Although there was no noise from the street, the apartments themselves are not well sound proofed so you will hear noise from the other apartments. The apartment we were in also had very little natural light coming in.

The apartment is well located and clean. Supermarkets and coffee shops nearby. Close to the main attractions. Recommended

The host was very kind and rooms were spacious. All were clean and very good. Location was good too.

lovely very spacious flat with balconies, great location, nice view, everything was new and very clean. Even had a washing machine which was a great bonus. Kitchen had washing up liquid and sponges, lots of storage space in rooms.

we were desperately needing hangers or hooks by the entrance: there was nothing to leave our coats and bags on, not even a chair, so we ended up leaving coats on the floor , which was a bit strange :)
