Absolutely everything about my stay was perfect above expectations nothing to fault, host was amazing, food was lovely, it was like being from home to home, comfort of the mattress was so good i ordered one the following week for my bed at home. I will defiantly be booking this location for future trips, im not even going to look for anywhere else.

Every aspect of my stay at Barncroft was exceptional. The welcome was warm, the room was super comfy and the breakfast was tasty! The location was great for the event I was attending at the NEC with it being only a 10 minute drive away. I would definitely stay at Barncroft again in the future and would recommend it to anyone.

Everything about Barncroft was excellent you could not fault it, the customer service met all expectations and Vicky was such a lovely person. She promotes her guest house as a luxury guest house well it certainly lived up to its name. The breakfast was to die for two of everything and cooked to perfection, it was nice everyone staying there was eating breakfast at the same time as us and we all were chatting away including Vicky such a pleasant start to the day. Vicky should be really proud of her business we will definitely be staying there again.

I know this can be difficult my visit this week was with two of my friends, but I would like to stay again with my husband and my little westie dog but she does not accept dogs I fully understand.

Everything and more you could ask for, places to relax outside and a super friendly host.

The location was perfect for getting to the airport. Victoria was extremely helpful and communicative and was a perfect host. Very comfortable B&B Unfortunately I can’t rate the breakfast as we had an early flight but I have no doubt it would meet all expectations and would definitely return here.

The wow factor started as soon as I pulled onto the drive! Victoria couldn’t be more helpful, she greeted me at the door and took me to my room and made sure everything was ok and that I was happy. The room was warm, cosy and exceptionally clean. I have stayed in a lot of bed and breakfasts and this surpasses them all. Breakfast was also exceptional, poached eggs to die for! The NEC was literally a stones throw away however I felt miles away from reality when in my room making it a real home from home. I would have no hesitation in recommending barncroft and returning again in the future! Exceptional value for money!
