A very friendly and helpful staff. Awesome cappuccino in the restaurant. A well-equipped gym. Not expensive services like laundry and cleaning. A good value for money.

Very clean, optimal and price effective: I felt more comfortable here than in other properties in Aktau that cost more. There is a new building and facilities, an elevator, a bath tube and a safe in the standard room — with all facilities. I also believe they provide the access to pool and gym to their guests free of charge (I haven't used it though). The breakfast is tasty, the location is quiet, and the staff is super friendly. They definitely deserve more than 3 stars.

The mattress was not as soft as I expected. But also not hard, and actually it's not an issue to me. The location: far from the center of the city, but if using taxi it doesn't matter anyway. Otherwise, there are advantages only.

Staff very friendly, rooms good for that price, quiet place. Also they have swimming pool (better to use in warm time of the year) and training room.

WI FI, room serivice and cleaning frequency. Citchen and cafe does not work after lunch so you have to go out of the Hotel or use food delivery services for dinner.
