Great service.
The room balcony is facing a very busy street and its loud throughout the night. Just ask for a room away from the main street.

the food need severe help! Maids should not be so aggressive to clean at 8:45 am with check out being later than this

Providing good facilities and necessary things you need. Helpful staff. Pretty stylish design and nice atmosphere. I had a balcony with a good street view.
a bit noisy at night because of the streets. Small gym and pool but better than nothing. Good breakfast with lots of stuff but not much delicious.

Great location in the polanco district, spacious suites, mostly business oriented, good breakfast options.
The restaurant food is not great, this is a miss as we would have liked to eat in some times.
The room could be noisy, so I asked to be in tower 1, more far from the highway, and turn off the very noisy fridge.

Sorry to say but this is a 3 star/apartment hotel, trying to be a 4 star hotel.
Staff = depressed, no greetings, no excitement.
Beds = great. clean.
Rooms = large and well equipped but more apartment style.
Cleanliness = bed and room clean. Bathroom clean but you can see attention to detail lacking, limescale on fixtures, grouting along edges not in good shape.
Location = okay. close enough to Polanco.
Wi-Fi = terrible.
