Das Hotel liegt optimal für die Nacht vor dem Flug, weil man unabhängig vom Autoverkehr wird. Die großzigige Anlage des Hotels ist beeindruckend.

Das Frühstück ist zu teuer, e war nur eine Bettdecke vorhanden, ein Duschvorhang ist nicht Zeitgemäß, Teppichboden ist abgenutzt, die Möbel sind abgegriffen, um 10:00 Uhr kam der Reinigungsdienst ins Zimmer, wir waren noch im Zimmer, auschecken ist erst um 11:00 Uhr, der Zugang vom Flughafen zum Hotel, war nicht so deutlich, wir sind 20 Minuten außen über die Straße gegangen, weil wir den Übergang nicht gefunden hatten

Die Nähe zum Abflugbereich, insbesondere für frühe Flüge.

alles bestens. Wenn das nicht so wäre, würde ich hier nicht so oft übernachten

Moderne Zimmer, toll hergerichtetes Zimmer und Bad. Gute Ausstattung. Exzellente Lage für Flughafen & den direkt angebundenen Fernbahnhof. Trotz Lage direkt neben dem Flughafen sehr ruhig!

Kleinere Beschädigungen (kaputter Lichtschalter). Die Reinigung des Badezimmers war in Ordnung, wirkte aber nur sehr oberflächlich.

Price was off the scale. It was the only option i had to connect a flight the next morning. To charge 450 Euors for a basic 4 star hotel is criminal.

The restaurant was closed for a special function, so no dinner . Nearby are bars and burger places. Restaurant didn't open for breakfast until 7am. Hey this is an airport hotel with people coming and going at all times. Most airport hotels are better than this. Staff at check in and check out quite indifferent,

Wir kamen nachts mit Kind am Frankfurter Flughafen an und bekamen dann trotz Buchung, schriftlicher sowie telefonischer Buchungsbestätigung kein Zimmer in diesem Hotel! Ausrede der Nachtmanagerin: Sie wären überbucht. Da frage ich mich, warum man uns dann mehrfach die Buchung bestätigte. Zudem stand eine sehr überforderte Dame am Empfang, die kein Deutsch sprach, was die Verständigung sehr erschwerte. Wie uns ging es übrigens vielen anderen Gästen in dieser Nacht.

Very easy access to the airport that takes a lot of stress away from travelling on early morning flights or when you have kids with you.

Had a bit of trouble finding the hotel after getting off the train. The station exit is in the centre of the "mall" and if you go to the wrong end you need to go all the way back again.

The staff underperformed and all were trainee without supervision. My questions were never answered and the manager did not make any effort to arrive and clarify my questions.

Fechadura estragada do quarto. Fiquei 2 horas com o técnico, por sinal Muito ativo, tentando abrir a unidade. Fomos dormir às 02:00 para sair às 07:00. Provavelmente desleixo com as bateria da porta. Terrível

Location fit our travel plans. Room was clean.

This is not Jutta. This is Don Wolfe the future brother in law of Jutta. Room 10347 was the worst designed room I have ever experienced at a Hilton. Bed area was cramped. A chair and table was in the way. Bathtub felt unsafe to get in and out of. At check in we made it known that my finance sister in law had made the reservation for us and there was a big hassle with this being recognized. The SIL had even called ahead to make sure it was known that the room was for us. And I gave my email and hilton honors number and yet this feedback email went to the sister in law.
