I started staying at the Armani hotel in 2014, and I must say that it’s not the same hotel as it used to be. The room we stayed at this time looks like a 3 star hotel room (scratches on the walls, dirty carpet etc…). This hotel used to be the real definition of luxury, but not anymore. And you still pay as if it is a luxury hotel. Definitely not worth the money anymore.

Family room was great ( I advice to ask for upper floor levels) Concierge as they call it “ Customer Experience” was great. Especially, Anna; she has sorted out everything and completed all reservations prior to our arrival.

I can understand that the spa area can not be used by children ( younger than 16 years old), but children at the age of 12 should be accepted to pool jakuzi area at least with their parents.

Everything is very stylish, modern and simple. You could smell everywhere the same parfume at the hotel, it is delicious. The bar is extravagant, interior masterpiece.

Pure expensive hotel which requested complete renovation at least 10 years ago... destroyed carpet in the corridors, damaged furniture in rooms, public area, damaged sofas in the room, pool not pool but jacuzzi in SPA with cold water.....

A good location for us

TV volume is too low and we can’t hear. The hotel was going to send a staff to check but never showed up. The blue lights for switches are on which are too bright at night for a deep sleep. Bath sink counter space is too limited for personal daily skin care products which makes it hard to use

infinitely disappointed in the armani hotel, despite the fact that I am their loyal customer, this time they gave me a terrible room that was not worth the amount I paid, and the worst thing is that at 3 am the police came to the hotel by mistake accusing me of illegal stay. And the Armani staff, without understanding the situation, picked me up and sent me to the police station. In the end, the police apologized, but not Armani. I think that such an attitude is unacceptable, especially from a hotel of this level. I regret that I didn’t go to the Four Seasons or Bulgari, although staying there was even cheaper.
