Our daughter graduated from UGA this weekend and we needed a spot for family and friends to use as “base camp” between ceremonies while they were in town. This property was perfect! Comfortable, clean and had everything we needed and more.

We really enjoyed our stay. We just used the downstairs bedroom with two double beds because we are old. The house well very well stocked with essentials like coffee filters, hair dryer etc. Easy check in and quiet area. The only problem was the tub did not drain well so my husband fixed it and left the tool to fix it again if need be. The shower curtain needs to be replaced because of the past drain issue.

From start to finish this was a very pleasant experience. Leigh was very responsive to our questions and the check in couldn’t have been easier. The condo is immaculately clean, decorated and easy to spend some time there! I will definitely use this VRBO next time we’re in Athens.

Great spot for the four of us to stay for a UGA game. Kitchen was super stocked. Unit was bigger than I expected. We’d love to stay there again when there to cheer on the DAWGS!

We visited Athens for the game. The property was very clean and convenient. If Saturday night was available, we would have rented as well. Would definitely recommend this awesome rental.

We stayed here while my daughters had UGA gymnastics camp. It was a cozy stay. The beds were comfortable and we had more than enough space for all of us. The bathrooms were stocked with so many fluffy towels and there were extra blankets in the bedrooms. The only complaint we had was the gnats (drain flys) and there were 2 big water bugs who made an appearance. We also had a scorpion visit us in the living room one night. There was bug spray present so it may be a common problem. We figured it was due to the rain and the fact that it’s surrounded by trees. It was very conveniently located close to everything and not far from the university.

Great location, comfortable beds, everything you need. Loved the ease of having washer and dryer and easy checkout process.

Great rental, a little further from campus than I thought.

This property was much more than I expected. We went to Athens for a gymnastics competition. All the hotels were booked that were close, so I turned to VRBO to find a property. It was clean, in a good location, and check in was a breeze. It was only a 10-15 min drive to downtown depending on traffic. Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and just as described in the post. Location was easy access to UGA campus and the Classic Center.

Very nice property with convenient location to restaurants, grocery stores and local area stores. One minor plumbing issue that was addressed immediately by the homeowner. Only issue we encountered was that it was incredibly difficult to access Uber / Lyft from this location on game day and ride back took 45 minutes the way the police had closed roads.

We enjoyed our football weekend in Athens! The property is clean and comfortable with plenty of room for 4 people. Included a large television with Youtube TV where we enjoyed watching Game Day and the football games after the UGA game. The kitchen is well equipped and clean!

Although the condo is actually a duplex, it was very quiet, with no noise from the neighbors even though they were home. It's located adjacent to a busy street, so there was some street noise and some crowd noise from the adjacent high school ball field across the street, but it was still quieter than most hotels. The property was VERY clean and the kitchen was very well equipped with appliances and utensils. The towels in the bathroom were thick and plentiful, but unfortunately there was almost no soap. One bathroom had zero soap of any kind, one bathroom had about a half-inch of liquid hand soap and nothing for the shower. There was even just a small amount in the kitchen for washing dishes. There were also no paper towels. We were traveling with extras of these supplies, but that could be a challenge for some travelers. The condo was decorated really cute and we appreciated the magazines & brochures with info about the area. We walked to the Mexican restaurant up the street one night for dinner, not only appreciating the food, but that we could share the bucket of beers and walk back to the property. We would definitely stay here again when in the Athens area.

Stayed overnight with friends. Owner was very responsive to messages and very easy to deal with. Will certainly stay here again when in the area.

We stayed so our daughters could participate in UGA camp. They had a blast and the property was just what we needed. Close to UGA and to local grocery and restaurants. The property is well stocked with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We will definitely stay again at our next camp visit!

We were visiting Athens for a week and this house was perfect for the 4 of us (two families, 2 moms and 2 kids). Each family had a bedroom and with one bedroom on the second floor, there was plenty of privacy. Good location to restaurants and UGA.

I really enjoyed staying at this property even though I had to cut my visit short. Since I stayed there alone, I just used the downstairs bedroom as the master and it worked out great.

We stayed at this property for the UGA graduation for my niece. Close enough to get to all events, a little outside of the fray allowing for nice downtime. Property has nice amenities including Kuerig, comfy towels, washer and dryer, and even wine available for purchase. Really quaint and comfortable. Communication with owner was outstanding- very responsive. Strongly recommend if you are heading to Athens consider this gem.
