Amazing location, great staff, great buffet
There is some regulation around not opening umbrellas near the pool which meant we couldn’t sit by the poolside. But nevertheless the beach access compensated for it

I had opted for breakfast and dinner as a part of half boarding. It was an exceptional experience. Swimming pool within the resort was very well maintained and clean. Entire staff was very courteous, polite and helpful!
I wish I could have stayed a little more.
One of the things that I did not like was the mandatory gala dinner. It should not be made mandatory even if it happens to be on Christmas or New Year's eve. In my opinion the gala dinner food quality was not up to the mark - in fact I liked the regular dinner buffet much more than the gala dinner arrangements.

Прекрасное местоположение, тихий чистый пляж, до ближайшего поселка минут 15 неспешным шагом. В самом отеле довольно чисто, и в номерах и территория
Отель старый, на 5 звезд не тянет ну никак, в номерах нет заявленного( например, халата, и не дали даже по просьбе), WiFi на пляже не работает, отель полностью забит местными, ориентирован на проведение массовых мероприятий ( шумные индийские свадьбы, ивенты и Тим билдинг). Номер ocean view на первом этаже просто на проходе, выйти на балкон невозможно, поменять невозможно…переплатили вдвое за дискомфорт( Рестораны на троечку, кое-что съедобное, остальное откровенно невкусное, завтраки однообразные, для 5* никуда не годятся, в шэках рядом гораздо вкуснее и дешевле в три раза. Официанты то ли английский наш не понимают, то ли просто не знают слов таких:)))

It was very clean and the food was good.
It was very noisy during the day and night. Nobody informed us before that there will be a few weddings. Very loud music, many people so it was very difficult to rest. On top of this it’s the first time when l had a birthday during my holiday and l didn’t get even a card from the stuff. My partner order a flowers which didn’t arrive. It seems like the hotel take care only for wedding guests, which was sad.

My stay in Holiday Inn resort @Mobor beach was very comfortable. It is very well maintained and clean including the private beach. Staff was very professional and cordial. They took great care of every detail of our comfort. Both breakfast and in room dining experience was exceptional. We enjoyed pool facility extensively. Property also has water sports facilities at private beach. They also have daily activities for kids i.e. painting, craft etc. It was very nice experience overall.
There should be more vegetarian options in the room dining menu.

Location is superb, the beach area is very well maintained.
The valet who parked the car left the window open. The breakfast buffet was chaotic and the waiters were taking the order but not bringing the order for over 45 minutes with no explanation whatsoever.

With a large beachfront property on a pristine beach to boast of, many wouldn't try to go that extra milenin hospitality, but they did.
A beach viewing deck would have made it even better.

Hotel doesn't received the booking from booking.com after request I could get accommodation at higher prices

The location, infrastructure, happy staff, great service was the highlight.
We as a family tharougly enjoyed staying at the resort. The hospitality at the beach side restaurant was awesome.
The barricade between kids & adults swimming pool is quite oddly placed.

The chef was very considerate in taking care of my sons needs every time. Very attentive and considerate for my 3 year old sons food needs.
The rooms were too small and not representative of the pictures shared on site. Toiletries were minimal and no snacks kept in the fridge.
