Nice room with plenty storage space, great en suite with nice hot shower. The breakfast was everything we could have hoped for ,great local produce ,the sausage and black pudding were delicious. Our hosts were very attentive and engaged in friendly conversation at every opportunity.

Can’t think of anything which could have improved the experience

From first arriving to departing nothing was too much trouble for Nick and Patrick. Beautiful place, breakfast was excellent with an exceptional choice. Fresh milk in room every day and cold water available in fridge. Short and pleasant walk in to town. Would definately recommend. Hope to revisit.

A very small point - the bathroom was on the small side

Hosts were fantastic, location nice walk through lovely area to Harrogate centre. House was lovely.

Nick and Patrick made us feel very welcome, the breakfast was really nice. They upgraded us to a suit which was spacious and very comfortable. The decor of the b&b is really nice and tastefully done. Nick was really helpful with their recommendations on where to eat and drink in Harrogate. I would definitely recommend this place if you are wanting a nice weekend in Harrogate.

Bay tree house was simply amazing Patrick and Nick were so friendly and made my partner and I feel so welcome. The view was lovely from our room and the interior was gorgeous! Also the breakfast was brilliant.
