Hotel has spacious rooms, good helpful staff

Hard to find, no hot water was warm at times but most of the time no hot water, breakfast isn't the best.

Location was very near around centrum ..... silent place small street ....

Vers good localisation. Rooms clean and with Space. The staff was great with us with very good advices!

we had no warm water in the room. The streetview room was very noisy, we couldn't sleep well. Also other tourists (locals from other cities) were really loud, someone tried to "break" into our room 3 times. Because of no warm water we could not have a proper shower. On the top, there was cigarette smoke smell in the room, it was like sleeping in a bar where everyone smokes continously. We had to keep the window open all night, but the noises were extreme, also inside and outside of our room. I don't recommend this hotel at all. I don't know how could this hotel get a rating above 8.

For me no problem.

The welcome from the front desk was lovely, really friendly and interesting. They explained they had moved us to a room as far away from the building works which were going on throughout the night to one side of the hotel. Clear communication and considerate hosts.

The building work wasn't ideal, but that wasn't too much of a problem as I'd packed earplugs.

Very friendly staff, trying to make you to feel comfortable

Service was great and location is really good.

Breakfast wasn't great.
