TOILETS ARE TERRIBLE, WATER FROM BATHING AREA OVERFLOWING INTO ROOM . AC WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY , NOT ABLE TO REGULATE THE TEMPERATURE ETC. , BROKEN ELECTRIC KETTLE

Excellent location

The room I was given had no views though in the defence of the hotel they didn’t advertise any views either

Breakfast could have been better though it was not bad. Salt an pepper could have been provided. Overall good.

The AC did not work

They are not judgemental

They charged extra during checkout

Breakfast had a good spread. There was a copious supply of hot water in the bathroom. Water bottles were provided daily and the teabags, milk sachets and sugar were replenished daily.

WiFi was not working at all in spite of informing the reception. The shower room door was not fixed properly. Also, water was not draining properly. The tea bags were kept open. Not in sachets.

The receptionist staff and support staff were excellent. The property in prime location with access to transport. Pros: Excellent location, many restaurants around. Very good staff (both receptionists and room service).

The property needs refurbishment badly. The property is surviving based on the past glory. Cons: Kindly allocate the room which I had paid for. The room had no windows. Noisy neighbors partying whole night and audible inside my room. Most of the power sockets didn't work. Expensive restaurant.

The only good thing about it is location and very good staff. Room size is good as well

Over all look is very ordinary. Option in breakfast is very limited. It was not value for money at all.

All the devices were defunct including bathroom fittings and shower.pathetic

The location was convenient on a busy road. The room and bed were spacious. The cleaning staff and room service staff were polite.

The reception staff was not so inviting and very unaccommodating. The room assigned was on the top floor with a continuous water pump noise. The room interiors are decades old.

HORRIBLE FRONT DESK, ROOMS WERE UNCLEAN AND STINKED LIKE HELL. ROOM SERVICE WAS RUDE, HAD TO YELL AT THEM TO GET 2 EXTRA WATER BOTTLES. IN A HUMID PLACE LIKE KOLKATA, AFTER 2 BOTTLES, THEY CHARGE RS. 25 FOR EACH BOTTLE. THEY DONT HAVE FILTERED WATER DISPENSING MACHINE, WHICH IS RIDICULOUS. FOOD PORTIONS ARE SMALL AND EXORBITANTLY PRICED. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!!
