location was great

No aircondition . too hot to sleep.

I know this hotel from before, so I was not surprised by the quality. Delicious breakfast, very good location, parking possibility guaranteed (for 10 EUR extra). Some staff members speak a good Polish.

Please be aware what kind of rooms you reserve. The cheapest ones are in another building, so you will have to walk a few meters through the town for breakfast. If you can afford it, try the better rooms in the main building with just a small surcharge: you will see the difference!

The hotel is exceptionally clean. My room was large with a great view of the town. They have a small elevator that I was grateful for with my suitcase. the stairs are steep, but beautiful. The breakfast was bountiful. Sweet, savory, hot, cold and fresh. Lots of variety. The shower was a good size with a handheld/upright head. Lots of counter space, too. Blow dryer was basic, but worked well for fine hair like mine. Bring your own if you have a lot of hair. 20 minute walk to the train station. The location is perfect. Right in old city, so close to everything. You can walk right down to the river and cross into Poland via a bridge in 5-10 minutes. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The staff was super friendly and the restaurant makes great Pirogies!

Couldn’t find any outlets near the bed. There are plenty of outlets, but they are along the perimeter of the room. No washcloths, of course, but that’s an American want/need, I suppose. I usually pack my own, but forgot this time.

Very spacious room - a suite actually for the price of a room, bedroom and sitting room. I didn't have the breakfast, but the location was terrific, at the lower end of the Obermarkt. Room faced away from the Markt, so it was perfectly quiet.

Great location, wonderful staff, absolutely amazing building the hotel is located in.

I wish I had stayed longer than 1 night.

Perfectly situated in the heart of Görlitz, this Hotel comes with nice, big rooms and a beautiful view on the old Obermarkt. The breakfast is very good and absolutely worth the price.

The elevator is not usable after 10 PM, which will make a stay difficult for handicapped persons. Also the elevator is very slow and noisy, which resulted in for me in taking the stairs to the 4th floor instead.
